Fast, friendly, caring, one of the cleanest subways I’ve been to. 5 stars easy !!! They actually care how neat the sub is, very nice place!

Any time I go to this location, there isn’t a line or anything. So I’m usually in and out. The food is always good but customer service, not so good .
It’s all Indians that work here from what I see. It’s hard to communicate with them because they are hard to understand. There’s been times when I ask them questions however and they outright ignore me. And I don’t like that. They have a sense of urgency but sometimes in a way that they are rushing you. One time I went and they didn’t have sugar cookies. I was trying to ask why and whether or not this was permanent or temporary and no on could speak English well enough to answer me ! They would say something then start mumbling then look down at the sand which they were making. Very frustrating. But it’s like 2 seconds from my job so it’s a good location. If you would like to walk out irritable from trying to talk to them you can go here or you can go to the other one down the street on Karl rd.

Worst subway ever. I’ve unfortunately visited this location 20 or so times and always leave laughing at how unbelievably horrible it is. They are often out of meats and breads, they won’t give you water if you drive thru. They are under staffed and won’t serve the drive thru if they have customers inside. Tuna or seafood subs have very little meat and you should ask for double meat if you don’t want bite fulls of bread only. Cheap, cheap, cheap.

Been there several times, they are relatively friendly, but consistently inflexible and stingy. Just got a footlong sub and they only put four cucumber slices on. I asked for more was told it would be extra charge even though I didn’t get any other veggies, never have full selection of breads, and what they do have is usually very dry.

Subway has a drive through window and friendly staff. I have been here a dozen or so times and have had no problems.
