The baristas here are very friendly. Typical Starbucks efficiencies on display. Convenient location to my house, so that’s good, right?

I am a barista at Starbucks, and I don’t usually write reviews complaining about bad service. But I’ve had a bad experience twice in a row at this Starbucks location, and I would be wary about visiting here again. The barista taking my order was extremely unfriendly, was rude, and it was very clear that he didn’t want to be there. I ordered a venti iced quad white-mocha. The barista made it very evident that writing all this on the cup was a chore for him, and even slightly glared at me as I said it. He charged me for the extra shot(an iced venti normally comes with three). But when I received my drink, a 3 was written on the cup, and the barista who made it called it out as a triple. Furthermore, I spent extra time waiting, because the barista on bar made and served hot drinks for a girl who ordered after me, but apparently was a regular, before he even started mine. Completely unacceptable, and absolutely not the Starbucks standard.

The location doesn’t look the greatest. However, the service is outstanding. When I went in I had a $ 60 order with about 10 – 15 different drinks and they had them completed with really good speed. Proved you don’t judge a book… Or a building by its cover and outside.

This is my go to Starbucks for Sunday morning coffee and breakfast. The service is always wonderful. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The baristas are always smiling and make drinks /food in a timely manner. The store is clean and the outdoor and indoor seating are wonderful for relaxing.

This is the quintessential European Coffee shop experience planted transplanted in Columbus Ohio. Walking along the old brick buildings and marveling at the fall colors painting an ideal backdrop we entered into Starbucks on the corner of an old housing complex. The inside was spacious, the baristas were especially warm and friendly, and the drinks were spot on. We sat outside enjoying the brisk weather with a warm latte. My perfect afternoon would include picking out a book from the Book Loft down the block and relaxing outside with a well-crafted drink.

So I am new to Columbus and studying for my board exams so of course I found the closest Starbucks and camped out all day. Be careful parking here. German village is all residential parking so the meter maids will get you if you don’t have a permit. The sign said 2hour parking between 10 and 4. I was there after 5 so I thought I was fine, I wasn’t. In smaller writing underneath it says residential only after 4 so I got a ridiculous $ 40 ticket. It’s my own fault for not looking closer, but ouch! I knew it was too good to be true

This location was definitely a little treasure tucked away inside downtown Columbus. My iced coffee was prepared just right by the friendliest staff I’ve seen at a Starbucks in at least a year. Unfortunately I had to deduct a star due to inadequate seating. The bar tables were extremely small and barely accommodated a 15-inch Macbook Pro. Fortunately, I was able to move to a more spacious table within minutes of arriving.

I find it weird that Starbucks can even make it, in places like this – there is a local coffee chain store right across the street(Cup o’Joe) and it’s such a local flavor type of area. That said, I’ve been to this store for a Happy Hour special frap(it’s a nice walk from my office, so it’s easy to convince me to go there), and everyone was very nice. I just don’t understand why people would choose to go here over going to one of the many other lovely coffeeshops in the area — like Winan’s!

Comfy chairs and friendly staff. Interesting people watching, especially with all the richie rich’s of the village stopping by. Always find it hilarious when the«too good for you» BMW drivers illegally park to stop in. But seriously, with Cup O’ Joe across the street, my preference is to the less corporate and not so burlap roast tasting coffee there.

I am fairly new to German Village and of course, after the first week in my new humble abode, I just had to see where the closest Starbucks was. Coming from the other side of town, where my Starbucks«home location» was Lennox, I was not sure what to expect from my new Starbucks location. Unfortunately, my worst fear came true. Parking is a headache & there is no drive thru. I will not hold this against Starbucks, however, because I have seen this as a reoccurring theme throughout German Village. The layout of this Starbucks is quite different, but I love the patio!

Another great wireless internet experience! I was coming from downtown to visit a friend in German Village and needed a quick dose of online. They were open until 10 pm and it was about 9:30. The guy was stacking the chairs out front, but assured me I had a little time. I was able to get online quickly and easily and had a great experience.(Note: the wifi is free to AT&T customers and has a login screen which asks for the associated email address)
