Been with Sprint for several years and typically visit the corporate store at Easton for accessories, however at 4:00 PM on a Friday traffic is bad and I was already next door getting bent over by New Albany Dry Cleaners and all I needed was a fast adaptive charger.
I went in, found the charger I needed, the one person working was helping someone so I looked at a new tablet (looking up Dry Cleaners reviews on the tablet) heard someone come in the back door, waited another minute… waited… no acknowledgement from anyone that I was even in the building, not even a «Hi will be with you in a moment». Actually I don’t think the guy looked at me the entire time I was in there.
Bottom line, stick with the corporate store. It is no coincidence that the other review was only 8 days ago about this location.

Do not waste your time going to this store ever! They are not a Corp store. Shame on Sprint for conducting business this way. These stores that aren’t Corp have the ability to do NOTHING. I am telling you don’t waste your time here!!! Find a corporate store or maybe even better a different carrier!
