Sears Heating & Cooling was established to provide in-​home comfort services. When you go into people’s homes you are an invited guest — I insist that our Technicians act like a guest.

We respect the Customer’s home. We show up in a clean truck and a clean uniform. We wear shoe covers. We engage the Customer in every step of our service call. Repairs are fuly explained. Options, when appropriate, are discussed. Prices are agreed to before the service is performed.
