Noble comes from a family of gourmands who love to host. It was not uncommon for her grandmother to «throw together» a «casual weekday dinner» of Beef Wellington with Bordelaise sauce for twenty guests! The recipes, the passion, and no small amount of cookware was passed down to Noble, and now she is thrilled to have the opportunity to put her talents to use in bringing Afternoon Tea to Columbus.
