We specialize in recording pristine sounds for the acoustic musician as well as that down and dirty in-​your-​face sound for the rock and blues artists. We are a relatively small studio with a sweet gear list — Kiwi Blue and vintage AKG C414eb microphones, Presonus ADL600, Warm Audio WA12 and Focusrite ISA-​One preamps and Gretsch drums are just some of the equipment we have to record your music. Top local studio musicians are available to help you get the exact sound you’re looking for. For concerts and gigs we also do multitrack remote recording to faithfully capture live performances.

History

Established in 2011.

Red Door Recording was opened by Columbus, NC resident Vinny Corda to give the local population a convenient location to professionally serve their recording needs. We feature high quality microphones, preamps and Pro Tools Software. In 2014, the 330 sq. ft. studio was remodeled to create an acoustically balanced, consistently great-​sounding room.
