Just moved to this area and been to this store 3 times. Two of the three times was not good. Thought I would try Publix even though I know they are a little higher priced. Today was the last straw. I’m headed back to Winn-​Dixie.
Deli department was understaffed with everyone running around without their heads. I just left and went to the checkout and informed the lady the Deli department was really struggling… she told me she was glad she wasn’t working back there. LOL. Good Bye Publix.

Employees here are so welcoming and helpful! Even though Publix is a little more pricey versus other stores, I still shop here because of the friendly workers! People already hate grocery shopping… so why go to a store where the employees are all rude and you’re going to have a bad experience?! That’s right… go to Publix.

I really like shopping at this area. I actually shop here more so than I do at the Commissary at Benning purely because of the convenience and superior experience. It is smaller so they don’t necessarily have «everything» and it’s a bit more expensive than the Commissary, but the excellent customer service and proximity to my apartment complex trumps any benefit the Commissary offers. I highly recommend this super market. This is definitely one of the few places I’ll miss when I PCS.

This store is great! They have a large selection, organic produce and meats (including grass fed beef), and fresh fish. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is they are a bit more expensive than other produce stores.

I love this store, great customer service, great subs as well.
If any of you out there know about awesome Wegmans subs back north, let me tell you, these are just as awesome! Great bread, and they are so big, you can def split between two people or make two meals from a whole sub.
There are some issues with this store; the selection can be limited. I’ve left twice not finding what I was looking for.
Again, the service here just can’t be beat; I’ve had managers walk me to items I couldn’t find.

Publix, as a chain, is higher-​priced than other grocery stores, though their selection is the same. The store is really clean, inside & out, and the staff is beyond friendly & helpful. They’re the best location for anyone East of Veterans Parkway, but they’re worth the drive from anywhere. Plus, they have a great rewards-​card system, donating money to the school of your choice! With exception to the Fort Benning Commissary, this Publix is the best choice.

Staff is always so nice and friendly. They go out of their way to say hello to you as you shop. Bright, clean, and reliable! They’re so kind to military personnel in uniform — thanking them for their service when at the checkout register.

The associates are fantastic! This is my favorite Publix to shop at. They have a pharmacy & a SunTrust Bank inside.
