I cannot say enough nice things about this place. First of all, very nice and helpful staff. Full of energy and happy to be working there it seems. Especially Miguel. He is an employee there that goes above and beyond every time I’m there. I hope he continues to work there because he’s very helpful. Secondly, Gluten-free crust available. Also many options for vegan, vegetation, dairy-free, etc. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes tops for my pizza. Thirdly, great options to choose from to make your pizza and it’s very clean there as well. They also have a nice patio to look out to the Kingsdale Shopping Center. Thumbs up for a great fast casual dining experience!

First time trying pizza fire tonight and I got basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage, black olives, sundries tomatoes, roasted red pepper and spinach. This pizza is pretty flavorless. There’s no way that pesto sauce should ever be flavorless. The fresh mozzarella is not what it should be and the other toppings are just there, not really adding anything. Maybe you’d be better off with a basic pepperoni pizza, but I came because I wanted to create my own. Do yourself a favor and go to Mama Mimis instead

Pizza Fire was not the worst«fast casual pizza» restaurant I’ve eaten at. But that’s not saying much. The one that occupies the bottom rung was truly terrible. I start with the good thing: the spicy sauce actually had a bit of kick. Moving on. The crust was thin and weird, and did not aquire any body or spring upon baking. It was flat at the beginning and flat at the end. It wasn’t supposed to be a crunchy thin crust mind you. It was just chewy and strange. The quality of the ingredients was also decidedly unimpressive, as were the options. Among other things, they commit the cardinal pizza topping sin; they use canned mushrooms. As for everything else, it’s your basic selection. There is nothing there that stood out in any way. The pricing structure was also not the best, with three categories of price depending on the number of toppings you chose. Nor was the interior design anything to speak of. Best thing that can be said about them? The people were nice, the sauce was mildly spicy, and they have free cookies on Thursdays.

Awesome pizza. My wife and I decided we wanted to try a new pizza place and she loved the idea of wood fired. We are so glad we gave pizza fire a chance. Not only do they have delicious fresh pizza but they grow their own lettuce and basil in house. We will definitely be back

Uninspiring. Pizza Fire is a small Cleveland chain that desires to be the casual-fast standard bearer in the pizza market. You can select ingredients to make your own or select a pre-formula pie – the usual combos. The open flame concept attracted me here as I really enjoy pizzas baked that way. With pre-stretched dough they make the pie right there. You order, pay, and sit. The pie is up relatively quickly. They have salads, a few health drinks, and large wrapped cookies that are bagel thick too. I would give it two stars but it’s not absolutely gross, and the open flame concept may have upped my expectations too high. I ordered the Cleveland and was unimpressed. The crust had no distinguishing flavor and functioned as mere container of the other ingredients. The sauce seemed weak to me, bland. The ingredients were fresh, but far from the jump-out-at-you fresh I am quickly getting use to. The mushrooms were plentiful, but those too seemed lacking. Moreover, the pie didn’t seem like a functioning whole. The individual parts all seemed separate from each other and tasted like they just happened to be together by chance, not by design. There was no indication from flavor that the pie was baked open flame;usually I can taste the difference. Overall, It was disappointing. If I had to meet someone there I wouldn’t object, but It’s not a place I’d invite someone.

Was really looking forward to this opening to have another fast casual option in Kingsdale. But this is really not good. Tasteless. Go to Pizza Cucinova. Same concept, but infinitely better. In addition to freshly made pizza, you can get freshly made salads there. Here, they are pre packaged.

Below average pizza. Ordered online, and went to pick it up 30min later. When I got there and asked for my order they hadn’t even started making it. What’s the point of ordering online then? Watching other people getting served there was no organization. Won’t be going back.

The wife and I came in here around when they first opened. I was a bit skeptical about the pre-stretched dough, but the employees were friendly and helpful. I got the Cleveland and my wife the buffalo chicken. We waited for five minutes or so in the back of the restaurant, and then someone came with out pizzas. We live close by in UA, so we got the pizza to go. I was afraid these would be too small even though we each got one pizza. However, once home, I could only finish ¾ of the pie and my wife only half! I enjoyed the food and experience, and will be back! My only complaint would be the price, we could have gotten a large pizza from somewhere else like the nearby Café Davinci, for less, and about the same amount of food. I did like the pizza at Pizza Fire better though. Reccomended!

Came to Pizza Fire based on a recommendation from a friend and I was thoroughly impressed. The décor is definitely following the modern, industrial look and looks pretty cool with a large mural of their logo on the wall. There were a decent amount of people eating at tables but the restaurant was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful navigating me through the vast options available. I went with the Chicago pizza on spicy Neapolitan sauce with Tuscan pepperoni instead of regular. By the time I paid and sat down, my pizza was ready and brought out to me. The crust was a nice golden brown and looked delicious. It was a tad bit small(about 11 inches or so) but I ate the entire pizza comfortably. I prefer spicy foods so the sauce was mild for my liking but still good nonetheless. All in all, my experience was an enjoyable one. The pizza was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. I will return and would recommend to all. EDIT: Try the sparkling soda

This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. So when we were in the shop, we already suspected the pizza would be sub par. The containers looked dirty, the dough was pre stretched and crusty looking, and the guy used his hand instead of a spoon to put sauce on my pizza. We figured oh well hopefully it tastes better than it looks. Went home to eat it and I realized they took the liberty of changing my pizza. For whatever reason, I asked for the New York pizza and they decided not to put spinach on it. Instead they put these gross chicken crumbles on it. I hate chicken crumbles. I hated the crunchy pieces that were on my pizza. Overall just gross. My boyfriend also got a pizza, which he hated. Somehow the pizza looked like it was days old cause of the cheese, which didn’t even cover the pizza. I never will go back. I want my money back. Ended up ordering dominos since we couldn’t eat it. Due to the construction, I was not about to drive all the way back to demand my money back.

Chipotle-style concept. Order a specialty pizza or make your own creation from a variety of sauce, cheese & topping choices. Super hungry? I’ve waited in drive thru lines longer than it took to create, bake and start stuffing my face with this pizza. By the time you pay, grab your drink and a seat, your pizza is out of the oven and being served to you. Delicious thin yet chewy crust. Tangy but sweet sauce. Delish!
