Ohhhhh soooo goooooooood! Very fresh, freedom to create your own pizza with awesome good quality ingredients(as many as you want) fast and delicious! Of course depending of what you put in it! All for really good price! I was nicely surprised they had draft beers too! So the experience is now complete! Hope they keep the friendliness, the freshness and quality, they are really good. Hope you enjoy this place as much as I did!

Wow, I didn’t think anyone could destroy pizza this bad Who ever is running the show should be retrained We went as a group of four. Every pie we ordered was burnt, top and bottom The staff didn’t seem to care It’s like a production line and you get whatever comes out Never saw a manager or quality control during the hour and a half we were there

Pizza Cucinova is a must visit if you’ve never been! The ingredients are fresh and there is a great selection to choose from. The best things about this place is the price, you definitely get a Big Bang for your buck. For $ 8 you can create your own personal sized pizza topped with as many toppings as your heart desires. Cheesecake: C+ Pizza: as good or bad as you make it Salads: C– Soda selection: A Customer service: solid B+

Decided to try this place out with my daughter. I heard and read alot of good comments about it. Its set up like your chipotle, piada, bibibop style places. You go down the line and pick the items you want on your pie. My daughter is the typical cheese pizza girl and is somewhat picky about it. So she got just a basic extra cheese pizza. Me Im a meat guy, so I got every meat they offered plus red onions. We both enjoyed the pizzas alot. The sauce was fresh and had a great tomato flavor. The toppings were spread out nicely and balanced well. The only negative I had was that the slices were kinda thin and the bigger toppings would cause the slice to droop and they would fall off. But that also could have been my fault for adding so much to it(couldnt help myself). And the price was very good. We both got a 10″ pizza and 2 drinks for under $ 20.00 I will certainly return soon.

Love the concept and I think it will do well. I will see if I can combine the white and green sauce next time. The Pesto might be a bit bland on its own or maybe it was just my choice of toppings.

This was my first experience at this Cucinova and needless to say, it wont be my last. I read the previous reviews and it seems like they did iron out the kinks and it’s all for the better for the enjoyment of the customer. The first thing that struck me was the actual décor of the place. Very simple, but at the same time, urban chic. The entire process has evidently been streamlined and the value is unbelievable! Where else can you go and get a pizza with unlimited toppings for only eight dollars??? This place has definitely been added to my list of «must eats» in Columbus.

Great place. It’s like the subway of pizza places. You choose your toppings and sauce. Cooks in 2 – 3 minutes. Affordable and delicious!

Came back to Pizza Cucinova on my next visit to Columbus. Still a great place but I enjoyed it the first time more. I asked about the white sauce and the employee just went and put red sauce on. Quick pizza, lots of grease, nice staff.

Went here for dinner with my mother last night, split the beet salad and a build your own pizza. It was very simple to figure out how things work, and very affordable! We got tomato sauce, eggplant, artichoke, mushroom, green peppers. Eggplant can often be hit or miss, and this was definitely hit! I wish they put on more artichokes though, we could barely tell they were there. The mushrooms were fantastic though! It was pretty prompt, done in about 5 minutes. The crust was a very nice consistency, I was thoroughly impressed. The cheese melted well and was fantastically gooey. We also ordered a $ 5 beet salad, which came out very good! We loved how quiet and quick the restaurant was and still had a very trendy cool atmosphere. Only qualm– they asked if we were splitting then did not give us any extra plates. A small oversight especially since I promptly inhaled my half of the pizza, but it would be a nice thought. This is our new favorite pizza place so I’m sure we will be back often.(Kind of hoping they add breadsticks!)

Took the family there so that everyone could create their own pizza instead of the usual challenge we face when ordering pizza. Decent pizza, quick delivery of the food, and happy kids.

I have to hand it to them. The team makes you feel wanted and gets you involved in the process, even though I feel at times that the way the line is, makes it feel a bit disorganized(cause you have to pass certain people to pay, etc). But enough of that, onto the food! Fantastic! Was a bit worried when they talked about cooking a pizza at 700 for 2 – 3 minutes, but man was it good! I suggest mixing the white and red sauce ;)

Cool restaurant space and concept. It was my first visit here, and I had a little confusion as I went through the line. I could have easily asked questions, but didn’t want to slow anything down. For instance, the sauce station is the first stop. They ask if you if you’d like marinara and what type of cheese you’d like, but there are a couple other containers holding what appears to be pesto and another yellowish tan paste. Are these to replace the tomato sauce, add to, or maybe brush onto the crust? The pizza toppings were fine. The crust is nice and chewy on the outside, but the center turned a bit mushy. The price was surprisingly fair. I expected it to be higher.

I am a big fan of Pizza Cucinova. And luckily, they ironed out the awkward service experience from a couple of years ago so that’s it’s far more streamlined.(They no longer ask your name at every point of service.) For $ 10, you can have a 10″ pizza with whatever you want on it and a fountain beverage. «Whatever you want» comes with a lot of options, too; you can get standard pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, or you can get options like eggplant, meatballs, prosciutto, feta, peppadew peppers, or roasted broccolini. And others. They have a lot of toppings and no limit to what you can get. They also have really good side salads. I would love to see them open it up to entrée salads like Piada, since they have lots of great toppings. I just need to talk about their garlic sauce for a minute. It’s kind of totally off the chain, savory and not too sharp. I find myself craving it. It probably isn’t a great choice for date night, but I’m lucky – my husband is stuck with me no matter how garlicky I smell. Also, A+ for having unsweet tea and a variety of Pellegrino flavors. Really reasonable beer and wine prices, too, though it’s not the kind of place where I really see myself doing much drinking. The space inside is gorgeous, though the metal chairs are not accommodating for(ahem) slightly wider people such as myself. S’okay, they have bench seats, too.

Upon first hearing about Pizza Cucinova, it sounded a bit like a fancy version of Blaze Pizza. In a sense, that assessment isn’t completely inaccurate, but there’s just so much more to Pizza Cucinova that to call it a «classy Blaze» would be doing it a disservice. You don’t feel like you’re walking into a fast-food-type joint when you enter. Rather, the ambiance is much more reminiscent of a nice Italian restaurant, and even from the outside, it just looks very chic and classic. You design/order your pizza in a cafeteria-style manner, but even that is somehow set up in a way that makes you almost forget you’re only paying at most $ 8 for your creation. That’s right, you get unlimited toppings for only $ 8. You can even mix/match your sauces(red, white, or green) and customize which toppings go on what parts of your pizza. They have all your standard options, but they also boast some unique ones such as eggplant, sirloin, and long hots(cayenne peppers grilled in caramelized onions — my new favorite pizza topping!). The pizza only takes a few minutes to cook in their hearth, and it comes out steaming hot and nicely warm. I also like adding on a bit of tossed arugula at the end. Moreover, the crust comes out thin and crispy, but doesn’t feel weak(as if it’s going to fall apart from the weight of the toppings) and is definitely not burnt. You can also opt to grab a salad to start off or a dessert complete the meal. I didn’t find the cheesecake to be too out-of-the-ordinary(good, but not really anything to write home about), but the beet salad is phenomenal! However, you’ll most likely be more than stuffed from your pizza alone(unless you share with someone or plan on taking home leftovers), so don’t go too crazy with ordering! Love, love, love this place!

I’d never been here until last Friday when my boss suggested our team go out for lunch. I was so impressed when walking in by the amazing aroma! I had the steak and gorgonzola pizza which was delicious! Had a blood orange San Pellegrino to go along with it. For a «Pizza Chipotle» they were surprisingly fast. Great place to come for lunch or dinner. I’ll certainly be back!

Well today was the day I finally got to try this. Nice indoor décor but I had to admit I was a bit confused about where I was supposed to start. Albeit it was a late lunch so it was a slow time. The set up is like Chipotle yet as has been previously mentioned although there’s signs about specialty pizzas and salads there’s no list of all the ingredients you can choose from so you feel awkward about how to begin the order process. Actually nobody really introduced themselves to me nor explain the process so I just asked one of the workers what to do. I customized my own pizza with shredded mozzarella spinach red onions and pepperoni. The sauce is on the sweet side. I did enjoy the crisp outside crust but my inside was kinda goopy and I had to use a fork and or fold my pizza to eat it. I like how fresh it tasted. The whole process was just confusing initially.

Not truly a wood burning stove but good enough to cook the pizza. Their are a few pizzas to choose from or just craft your own. They make the dough here and use fresh ingredients. They top it in front of you and cook it in the stove thereafter. Always a great lunch spot while shopping in the Easton area. Seat yourselve and stay awhile. It is worth trying.

Pass. I’ve tried eating here on three separate occasions a few months apart. I’ve been unhappy with the food every time. The sauce is very bland. It tastes like crushed tomatoes with a little salt. All the toppings are a la carte unless you pick a pizza from the menu board. That can get pricey if you have a picky eater with you. The pizzas are a good size for the price and the crust is great. I’ve tried the Caesar salad twice and the dressing is nearly inedible. It tastes like homemade mayo made with olive oil. Its just awful. My husband has been to Italy and I asked him if this is authentic Italian and I’m too unsophisticated and American to like it. He said this was nothing like the pizza he ate in Italy. He said the sauce was way too bland and he couldn’t eat that Caesar dressing even if he was starving. So there you have it.

I love the concept of this place. I would classify it as an upscale version of fast food, the same classification I would give Noodles and Co. and Chipotle. You order the same way as you would at Chipotle — walk down the line and tell the pizza maker what you would like on your pizza, from the sauce, cheese, down to the toppings. We kept it simple because we had our children with us. We ordered a cheese pizza and a cheese pizza with red peppers(but the baker called them something else — they were a bit spicier than we expected, too spicy for our 3 year-old). Our experience was nice and the pizza tasted great. You can order fountain pop or beer to drink. I was surprised they had some craft beers on tap, which was cool. The staff was friendly and we liked the pizza so much, we ordered more before we left. The price was reasonable I can’t help you with other menu items since we only tried the pizza, but I look forward to trying other things next time and I’ll update this when/if I do.
