Chip and Sandy are truly professional! They came in and trained my dogs and kept them in the fence and kept them safe. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking to take care of their pets and to have a wonderful customer service experience.

Chip and Sandy are absolutely phenomenal experts with their business. With hesitation for an electronic fence, Chip quickly assured us he would personally train and positively reinforce our two dogs. He and Sandy installed our fence exactly where we requested and provided several personal and encouraging training sessions. Our Boston Terrier/​Beagle caught on very quickly, though our Boxer had a much higher pain tolerance and was more determined to push the barriers. After a couple of sessions focusing on our Boxer, Chip and Sandy were still so patient and caring. The training paid off and both dogs know the yard allotment. We are so grateful to have found this wonderfully sincere team and will recommend Pet Stop Columbus to everyone we know. Thank you, Chip and Sandy — you are the best!
