History

Established in 2006.

Since 2006, we’ve been the leading cosmetology school in the city. Our 12,041 square-​foot facility boasts glass windows over 30 feet high and a more than 180-​degree view. Striving to become more than a hair school, we find it important to be involved in our community. You can find our staff and students (known as Future Professionals) supporting great causes such as H.O.P.E. Picnic, Go Red, Columbus Buddy Walk, Nellie’s Catwalk 4 Kids and much more.

It is our passion to not only educate our future professionals on hair and all things beauty, but prepare them professionally along the way. We offer extensive training programs in both our daily curriculum as well as from the nation’s leading hair professionals such as Robert Cromeans, Angus Mitchell and more.

Meet the Business Owner

NeCole and Orlando C.

Business Owner

After several years of educating nationwide, NeCole realized her dream to become co-​owner of the award winning Noire et Blanc Salon and Spa with her husband Orlando. The salon was later sold after fifteen successful years. During her tenure as a salon owner she became involved in the Professional Beauty Association, a national salon owners business association where she is currently an active member and former President. In 2009 she and her husband Orlando opened The Color Lounge Salon.

NeCole and Orlando were invited to open, what we now know as Paul Mitchell the School Cleveland, in Twinsburg, Ohio in 2004 and two short years later opened their second location, Paul Mitchell the School Columbus.
