Papa John’s Pizza

The store number is 4627 on Morse road and I was so happy (: it was my anniversary with my boyfriend and I requested for a heart shaped pizza! Not only did they give us that, but also gave a second pizza FREE! They were running a little bit late with it, but it was no problem at all because I know my request was kind of odd. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received and I definitely recommend this to everyone (:

The employee on the phone not only made us repeat ourselves several times, he couldn’t understand what a medium pizza was, that we didn’t want it well done or know what their own hawaiian pizza was or how to order it. Then he hung up on us with an attitude… Never again.
Called Marcos Pizza instead, completed our order in less than a minute with an intelligent and polite employee. Don’t make the same mistake we did, call any one else first.

Been making my rounds of the local pizza chains after my recent move to this part of town and I can happily say Papa J’s did me right twice in less than two weeks for my cheap, delivery Zza choice. Easily placing my order online while taking advantage of some sweet deals and not having to deal with the usual BS of phoning in an order made it stress free.
Both of my orders were delivered quickly, hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. Their BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza is a buncha slices of heaven after a long day and no will to cook/​defrost. And if you love Cheesus, you’ll love their cheesesticks, simply a small dough, brushed with garlic butter and baked with massive layer of cheese and served with your choice of sauces.
While PJ’s won’t ever be known as the haute cuisine of pizza it will fill the bill for my fresh, affordable option for my weekly delivery Zza night. Oh yeah, Bonus points for their Bonus points system which reward repeat customers with a free large 3-​topper after the required purchases.

I ordered two pizzas online at 5:48 pm. They arrived at my doorstep at 6:15 PM. They were hot and fresh. That’s some incredible customer service. The driver was even friendly, smiled and thanked me for the tip! That’s pretty rare these days. Great job Papa John’s!!!

Love the food — hate to phone order. Long waits and you have to repeat everything more than twice.

Not sure why there are such bad reviews. This is a very standard Papa John’s in Columbus. It’s located at Stoneridge Plaza. There’s pretty limited parking but I’ve never had a problem getting a spot. Every time I’ve gone their always busy cranking out the pizzas, but I’ve never had to wait on my pizza beyond the expected wait time (15 – 20 minutes).
They put on a good amount of toppings. It’s always tasty. Recommend getting a sausage, pepperoni, jalapeño pizza with a side of cheesesticks!

Waited 2 hour for just one pizza. Terrible services and there was no apologies from either the manager or the driver.

Good service. Fast. Occassionallly if an error is made, it’s quickly corrected.

Horrible service, food, and wait times. Management at it’s worst is the definition here, the head manager here did NOT care for the customer and maintains a dirty and slow work environment.
