Pandora Jewelry

This store definitely deserves 5 stars for the exceptional customer service I received from Pandora’s employee, Kara! She is def the go to for advice, questions and knows every product in those showcases and catalogue.
Being 2 days before Christmas, I knew there might be a wait and there was. There was a lady at the door entrance putting names on her clip board (waiting list) and providing a time estimate for when the next jewelry associate was available. My wait was only 15 minutes which I was okay with because I stood outside the door since the store was crowded. The temp was 67 this evening so I was A-​ok! Lol.
My name was called and Kara made my experience enjoyable and she was so quick and knowledgable in answering all my questions. She was so prepared. She had beautiful Pandora jewelry on and is very trendy/​stylish in her attire so I knew she would give me advice I need. I’ve worked at MAC, so it is def true in saying «looks sell». I bought charms for my mother’s bracelet and am very happy about my purchase!
Ask for Kara next time you stop in Pandora! She’s the best!
