I get mixed results whenever I visit this location. There are some employees that are more than willing to help and will go the extra mile to ensure I am taking care of. At the same time, I have run into several employees that could care less as to whether I am attended to and my questions are answered.
At the end of the day, it’s really about the attitude and willingness to help out, and that is where I see the inconsistencies in the customer service. Otherwise the store is very convenient and new and feels very clean and organized.
