This store used to be so clean and organized before they remodeled it a few years ago. Every time I walk in this store now it feels like I’m walking into an episode of Hoarders. I can’t find anything and clothes are not organized at all. I used to think«maybe they just had a big sale?» But now I’m realizing it’s just always a hot mess. They never have the sizes I need and I end up walking around aimlessly trying to find things. If the shopping experience they were going for is «goodwill/thrift store» experience then I think they have succeeded.

Stopped in here to spend a gift card. Atmosphere: this is located in a strip of stores so it can get very busy in the parking lot. It is a good sized store with men’s wear on the left and women’s on the right. It has always been clean and fairly easy to get through(though some sections might be a little tight with a cart). Associates: the staff is usually quite friendly and helpful. The ones we dealt with were polite and friendly as well as knowledgable. Product: This location usually has every size of whatever we find, but it was somewhat lacking this time(just after Christmas). They have a wide range of styles so I always find something I like, in the size I need(excepting this visit). I definitely like this store, I just need to remind myself to avoid post holiday shopping if I want to find everything I want.

I’m not sure why but everytime I come in this particular store I feel like it is more stocked than the other Old Navy locations I’m shopping at. Therefore, I’m walking out with more things I need than maybe the one over in Dublin where it does not have everything I’m looking for. When shopping, I keep it like a grocery list I try to follow the things I desperately need at the time and only come back later if I’m missing something. So today I bought what I desperately needed on the list, which was sleepwear, some shorts and a cute dress for professional events. I do this list for every store not just Old Navy, I’m just making Old Navy an example because most of the time they have everything I need. As long as those shelves are constantly stocked with the latest items the store is selling they have me. There are some stores that just wait a while to put out those items you see advertised on their website. One thing I would suggest for Old Navy, is try to include items for petites in the future. I know you tell customers to go online and shop there but sometimes people want to go to the store to make sure it fits 100%. The only time of year where I’m lucky with this store meeting my size is the winter when they are selling the jeans and they don’t realize this but their jeans are petite when they label them as short. I actually helped the Old Navy team today realize what they are selling for various sizes in the their store and I don’t even work there!

Ok so i flip flopped from 3 to 4 stars this whole review… But I will attest I was there later on in the evening on Black Friday… Even though I was there at 7pm, they still had a lot of sizes in a lot of things, not all, but what do I expect that late right? And true it was a little disheveled but again, It was pretty clean for a Black Friday. They, as always, had a great prices on what I needed/wanted. Not the greatest selection left, but I will give them major props for the time that I went. And amazingly, all the employees were still in a decent mood.

Its strange, most of their pants fit me TERRIBLY. However, today I found these super flare khaki’s for work, they are AWESOME! For $ 30 they’re not bad. I’ll be back for sure! Plus, they have those reusable iced coffee mugs now for only $ 5.50. Woo!
