The wife, daughter and I come here very frequently. We love the rolls. And Nikki is a great server. I love great customer service.= great tips. Nikki is always fantastic. This girl needs to be the GM she has a way with the customer, and enjoys her position. Companies need more people like this.

Whereas everything seems to always go great at the location on Stringtown Road this O’Charley’s seems to be hit or miss. Tonight I didn’t even bother trying to dine here as they had a front end full of people waiting and were quoting a 15 – 20 minute wait while they had a least a quarter of the restaurant not open at peak dinner time on a weeknight. And there were empty tables scattered throughout the areas that were being served, not waiting to be cleared, but just not open for business for some reason. I’d say this location needs new management.

Our waitress had no idea what she was talking about when I asked questions about the menu and instead of asking someone just replied with things like ‘it’s really good’ and described things wrong so I did not get what I was expecting. When it came time to pay the waitress forgot that we ordered a special so we were overcharged, however right when we were about to say something she did remember and change the bill. All of my food tasted like it was drowned in salt, so much so that I couldn’t eat more than a few bites of each thing. Their rolls are delicious and there was no wait but the service and food was not exactly appealing.

We stopped in here for a drink and appetizer at the bar. The person behind the bar was pleasant enough. What wasn’t pleasant was having to sit next to a bunch of dirty glassware. The fried cheese triangles were ok, about average. However, when we asked for the check, we were informed that all the pos stations were down. Ummm, okay. After a wait of about 15 minutes, the computer came back and we were able to check out. The dirty glassware was still there when we left, btw.

Had a gift card so gave it a try. Good first impression, very clean and our server was prompt, helpful and very friendly. My husband ordered a rib eye which he enjoyed, and I had the fish and popcorn shrimp. The food came out hot and cooked just right. There was literally too much to finish. Their rolls were also fresh and very good. Lots of families and it seemed to be busy. In spite of being full from dinner, we split a piece of silk pie… also yummy. Good food… reminds me a little of Applebee’s. Think it’s a good place to bring grand kiddies for a treat. Reasonable prices.

Other than a rude hostess. Everything was fine. Prime rib was very good. Service was very good. Manager addressed hostess issue. Will be back.

I ate dinner here Friday night. We ordered the Prime Rob for Two. We were seated just a few minutes after arriving. Our waiter, Terrence, was very polite and told us about some of the specials. After we placed our order our food started arriving shortly after. While finishing our salads our drinks began to get low and the waiter kept saying he was going to get the Mango Tea but it took him until the end of the meal to get a refill. It had something to do with his manager. Our entrée came out but we still hadn’t received our appetizer. Once we finished our entrée the waiter noticed we never got the appetizer and went to the kitchen to retrieve it. Still no refill on the Mango Tea. After we got ¾ths through the appetizer the Mango Tea came. All in all we had an okay experience. Our waiter couldn’t be more nicer. The prime rib was good and all of our food was hot. Wasn’t 5 Star Service like some say they got but it wasn’t horrible either. Can’t beat what we spent.

Service is good. Food is okay. I only go here for a lack of imagination or indecisiveness.

On a recent visit to O’Charley’s at Georgesville Square, we were delighted to be seated at a table right away. My 6 ft. husband bent over to pull in his chair, and his forehead hit the way-too-low glass lampshade hanging over the table. He was embarrassed because the lamp was swinging back and forth – he didn’t realize that he had blood running down his face! The shade had a sharp rim around it and it sliced across his forehead. When the waitress came to our table and saw what happened, she laughed and said«Oh, that happens here all the time. Even the wait staff hit their heads when they clean off the tables!» We asked her to retrieve the Manager, and when he came over and heard what happened, he and the waitress laughed together, and he said«Oh, yeah! That does happen all the time!» When he saw that we didn’t find it funny, he said«How about an appetizer on the house?» We said, «How about you report this to Corporate and ask them to RAISETHELAMPS over the table so no one else gets injured?!» His reply was, «So, you want to fill out an accident report?» Oh you betcha we do! Two days later we received a $ 25 gift card in the mail from O’Charley’s Corporate with an accompanying apology letter. I had sworn to never go back, but my husband said we should return to see If they make the change we requested and have a couple of drinks. But since their bartenders make watered-down mixed drinks with bottom shelf liquor and the food there is just OK, we’ll probably pass the GC on to someone in a birthday card and wish them luck.

We came for brunch. The food and service was mediocre. Our server was unfamiliar with the menu. My food came out, and it was just okay. I ordered the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was broken and runny. The poached eggs were severely underdone. The fresh fruit? A ¼ inch slice of cantaloupe with the skin still on it and one strawberry. My girlfriend ordered the strawberry waffle. It had one strawberry sliced up on it. No whipped cream or powdered sugar, like it claimed to have. I won’t be coming back for brunch.

REDEEMED! WOW ! This location is EXCEPTIONAL! I never expected 5 star service but that is what I received! The server seemed to love her job, the support staff were quick and efficient darting around cleaning tables smiling the whole way! THe manager KELLI seemed to light up the whole room I could hear her laughter when I arrived and was blessed by a visit to my table where she actually seemed to genuinely care about out experience! I will tell everyone I know for delicious fixins at a good price served by efficient caring people that treat you like family, stop here you will be hooked for life! Best restaurant in Columbus by far and I’ve been to most of them! You’re doing something right there guys and it not unnoticed! Just wish I asked when that Kelly works again!

Okay, so it’s a chain restaurant and we never expect spectacular, but this is downright ridiculous. 2nd time there and last time we’ll go there. Both times service was EXTREMELY slow! Most recently, we went on a Thursday night around 7:45 p.m. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. We sat at our table for almost 15 minutes before our server arrived. He was very friendly but also very slow. I ordered the steak and baby back ribs with broccoli and cheese casserole. Rob ordered a wedge salad and loaded baked potato. His meal was good; you can’t really screw up those two items. Mine was awful. When the plate arrived I knew immediately that my plate had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. The sauce on the ribs wasn’t even wet. It was dry. How is BBQ sauce dry?! The ribs had little to no meat on them and were over cooked. The steak, well I ordered it medium and it was very bloody. They took it away from me and then brought it back 10 minutes later and it was still very bloody. The Manager blamed it on… she actually trailed off as she walked away. So, I’m not sure what the problem was. They brought the steak back again and I was done eating the other items on my plate. It was done correctly, but I was full. The broccoli cheese casserole was extremely hot on one side of the pile and cold on the other. We boxed the steak and ordered 2 pieces of caramel pie to go. Our server never returned. Some other person brought our check 10 minutes later and our pie 15 minutes later, after we complained. Rob and I have come to the conclusion that most of the restaurants at Georgesville Square have shotty service at best. We won’t be eating around that area any more.

We’re here on a fairly regular basis. At least a couple of times a month, and usually towards the end of the evening when we just don’t know were we want to go… That being said, it’s never really at the top of our list for choice, but its a good standby when all else fails. The service here seems to run the gamut from servers that really don’t care and just want to go home to absolutely stellar. So as far as service, it always seems to be a toss of the dice here… The food is fairly standard fair for the type of restaurant. Americana and generic. It’s good, but nothing to write home about. Overall, I’d give them a three star review because that’s what they are. A solid average. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either.

I tried to order chicken fingers and they told me they cook all their fried foods together with nuts so I ordered a steak. My steak came out very rare I ordered medium not rare. The manager brought me a new steak and potato to take home and apologized. The service is very very slow. I forgot why I stopped coming. But the server was very nice. The mash potatoes lacked seasoning.

I love O’Charleys! But we didn’t even get a chance to eat here. We went with a group of 9 at 2:30 ish on a Saturday. There weren’t many people in the restaraunt, and obviously not many workers. We were sat, in the back, and waited… and waited… about 15 minutes and one person went looking for someone… anyone. Didn’t see a soul working. So she came back and a server with a tray of drinks asked if we needed anything, to which we replied«a server as no ones been by here yet». She said she’d find out what was going on. And we waited… and waited… 10 more minutes. So 25 minutes, no server, no drinks, no orders, we left. With half of us working in the food industry we knew it would be a disaster…

Where should I start. Went around 8PM on a weekend. It wasn’t very busy though. Anyway went to bar to get a drink. Hardly nobody there took like 15 minutes for drinks. They didn’t have glasses for drinks and they said didn’t have the liquor stocked at the bar. Well food came before my drink needless to say. The Potato Soup which they are known for was ok. Although, the potatoes in it wernt cooked all the way. Asked for more rolls waitress said they were baking. The chicken fingers were ok but the portion seemed kind of skimpy for a dinner portion. Waitress never brought the rolls back asked her if they were ready yet. Said someone else had taken them all before she got there. At this time I was about done with this place. She tried to bring some small skimpy/weird looking rolls when I was leaving. In conclusion bad service, food just ok, small portions in food and drinks(wrong size glasses). I would say go else where for your dollar.

I’ve been to both O’Charleys in the area and never had any bad experiences with either one. The hubby and I stopped in to eat at this location this past week and we were seated right away. Our waiter came by to take our drink orders and then asked us what we wanted to eat. Our food came within 5 – 10 minutes. It was faster than usual and we were surprised too. I dont think we’ve been here before and gotten our food so quickly. The food was overall good and it was a great dining experience. You can definitely have a good meal here at a reasonable price!

We actually went because of a advertisement on TV for two meal for this set price. I had never been there before, so this was my first time. It turned out to be a wonderful, calm and quaint place. The wait wasn’t long at all for dinner(5 – 10 mins). Menu had plenty of selections on the menu. Our server was very nice and prompt. Not to pricey and two meal deal great. Great for a couple going out to a nice dinner or going with a group of friends. I would have given this place 5 stars, if they would separate the families from the couple who want to have a nice quite dinner. –But that’s just me.
