Made an appointment for 11 am, its 11 30 they haven’t even started, what was the point of making a appointment. I wish I went somewhere else. 100 dollars for one tire, and they still make you wait

They got my van in right away. They took me out to the bay to show me the problems. The salesman also searched for Internet coupons to make my total cost a little easier to handle. It took them 10 minutes to get my van up and assess the problems and give me an estimate. They’re very friendly and provide good customer service.

Been here several times for tires and tire repairs. I have had a good experience each time. The staff is nice and polite. The wait is average.

Be prepared to wait all day for a simple oil change. I brought a book with me and occasionally looked in the bay and there was my car, just setting there with the tires off and hood up. 2 hours later they finally started to put it back together.
Also they people got bought by Tire Kingdom.
