History

Established in 2000.

After years of experience working within the insurance and disaster reconstruction industry, Ken Neverman made the decision to branch out and start Neverman Construction Co. to service the central Ohio area. With Fire, Smoke, Water and Storm Damage as the focus; in the beginning there were three people making up the entire company. As word spread within the industry about the quality craftsmanship and professionalism; there was a need to add more crews in the field and estimators in the office to handle the growing business. In 2003, the company headquarters moved from a downtown Columbus location to its current headquarter and warehouse space in Italian Village on North 4^th Street. The company has grown from a small three person establishment into a 50 plus Employee Company, still servicing the needs of central Ohioans.
