My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks thru 13 years of age develop physically, cognitively, and emotionally. We offer structured, age-​appropriate classes on a weekly basis that incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports, and more. Children have loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility, and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence, and self-​esteem. History

Established in 1983.

The first My Gym Children’s Fitness Center was created in Los Angeles, California in 1983. My Gym’s philosophy is based on taking children at various physical, emotional and intellectual levels and teaching them to help themselves by developing their self-​esteem and confidence. The innovating and carefully constructed program enhances strength, balance, agility, flexibility, motor skills and socialization techniques.

Heather has opened the My Gym in Columbus, GA in 2003 and has been so blessed to be part of bringing children’s fitness to Columbus. She is actively envolved teaching classes and loves meeting all the new families and making a difference in their lives. So many relationships are forged here at My Gym and watching families grow in fitness together is such a joy.
