We are able to help our clients stage their houses using items they already have, renting a full house of furniture for vacant houses, or renting a few items here and there where needed.

Katy Fineman-​Jones

History

Established in 2008.

Katy started her business offering professional organizing services and soon found that her true love was in helping people Stage their house for sale. Since gaining the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation her business took off and she no longer organizes for people.

In 2011 Katy was trained by Barb Schwarz, the creator of Home Staging, to receive the highest designation offered in the Staging industry, The Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM).

Also in 2011 Katy was personally invited by Barb Schwarz to join the Staged​homes​.com training team. Katy is proud to now be a certified national trainer teaching the ASP dedication teaching people across the US to become home stagers.

In 2012 Katy earned the premier ASP, ASP-​REO and ASP-​SRS designations. Katy has also been a speaker at two international conventions and is a member of the international board of home staging professionals.
