This shop has changed management at least twice in the past 5 or so years. In 2013 it was pretty bad, after being excellent for a long time. I have not used current service so cannot comment.

These guys were GREAT! I believe the associate who greeted me was named Austin and I made sure to point out to the manager-on-duty that he was fantastic. They were able to get me right in without an appointment and back out in around an hour. AC was crankin. Everyone was busy. Customers greeted genuinely and happily. Very fair pricing. Definitely returning when my car needs something.

I will never again do business at this mr tire ever again. I took my car here two weeks ago to have some work done. The work I wanted done should have taken a few hours, they ended up keeping my car the whole day. I come back to get my car at the end of the day and ¾ of the things I wanted fix on the car was not fixed. Took three visits and 36 hours later for them to come close to fixing all the things I wanted fix on the car. I gave them the two stars for at least trying to fix other peoples mistakes but it is ridiculous how many times it took for them to fix it. Never and I mean NEVER take your car here. Did I mention the first visit I had problems there were two other people there that also ran into problems with work that was done with their car.

I would suggest going anywhere else in this neighborhood. I took my vehicle in for an oil change & rotation $ 19.99 deal. Hell I thought that’s cheaper than I could do it myself almost and since I live in the neighborhood it was easy to drop off and just walk home. While the guy behind the counter was prompt and nice I believe this joint knows vehicles about as much as l know heart surgery, NOT A DAMNTHING! I say this because I also asked to take a look at a minor issue and they grossly misdiagnosed it. My brake switch was acting up and I asked if they’d have a look, figuring if that was leaving my brake light on I’d just replace it myself. Well when I went to pickup my car the counter guy had a switch they’d pulled from my car & he said yeah it’s broken but since you have a manual with cruise control it’s hard to find. I wasn’t too pleased that they just removed it entirely and also noticed they surely hadn’t rotated my tires. I kept the peace though paid the man and took the switch and myself the hell out of there. When I got home I inspected my brake pedal and discovered my brake switch was still in. The idiots at Mr tire had actually removed a switch on my clutch which regulates the cruise control. Makes sense that my brake light was on still while driving back home and these morons called around for brake switches all over town thinking it was some rare switch when the had the wrong switch from the wrong damn pedal! Well guess what Mr tire the brake switch was just fine, it actually was a broken rubber stop behind the brake pedal. Yep I fix it myself for the whopping cost $ 2 sure beats the $ 75 bucks you would have charged for installing a switch that was wrong & not even broke. Oh and I put the cruise control switch back on that was removed. Mr. Tire you suck so so bad, GOODDAYSIR!
