Worst customer service ever experienced from a business. I called this company to check out my Water heater. He came out same day, that is a plus, I decided not to go ahead with the fix because he quoted me $ 200+ to switch out a Thermocouple. He gave me a card to call if I decided to change my mind and left, that was that and that is all fine. Keep in mind that the water heater is under parts warranty and their company is under contract with the water heater company. The next time I called was a week after, I stated the problem over the phone and he recognized it was the same house and immediately told me he will not fix it. I asked why and he says we were out there already and we decided not to fix it. I stated you guys gave me a business card and told me to call you, again he just said No we are not going to fix it and hung up. Why does this business take pleasure in declining a much needed business because I turned them down once. If you have a good business then prove it by the work and customer service you provide. I assume he took much pleasure to turn me down like «I told you so». I will not ever consider this business again. I don’t recommend this business to anyone.
