Moo Moo Car Wash

Moomoo’s car wash on Henderson damaged the passenger side of my vehicle and the car wash accepted liability and offered to fix the damage, which they anticipated would only require a buffering. They took the liberty of setting the appointment for the buffering at «Dent Magic», which was completely professional. The buffering unfortunately did not remove the majority of the scratches. Upon Moomoo’s knowledge of this, and realizing this would cost them more money, they have rescinded their claim of liability. This incident is currently pending legal action.

I love this car wash! For five bucks you get a good exterior wash. Vacuums are not that efficient but they could help you clean your car in the interior if you don’t need a professional cleaning.
Be sure you take a rag with you because it tends to have a few spots of water after its done drying and it can leave a stain on the windows if not clean properly

I used to frequent this car wash, but then I had an experience where another car hit me from behind, while I was waiting for the exit green light to come on. I went in to file a claim and they had a stack of other claims on their desk inside! I thought the driver of the car who hit me was right behind me to file a claim also, but they took off. The management did not seem to care about my situation, as they did not call me within their stated 48 hours after I filed my claim. When I then went in person to discuss it, the temporary manager said the manager would call me within an hour – which he did not. I finally received a voice mail from the manager stating they were not responsible! I never was allowed to see the video, or get the license plate of the one who hit me from behind as promised, nor did the manager ever respond to my return phone call. I was forced to submit a claim with my insurance company, pay my deductible, and let them go after the car wash! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

This place gets the job done. The «Whole Wash» did a nice job cleaning the wheels-​not all washes do. I was surprised the attendant didn’t spray down the wheels before I entered the wash. Once we were done, I found out why – no need to! The wheels were clean. They do use those big spinning brushes, which aren’t my favorite. I’d rather give my car a «touch less» bath, but this one did the trick just fine with no harm done. Sure, I’d consider this place for my next car wash.

This is a good place to go for a quick car wash without having to do (much) of the work yourself.
The few times I’ve been through here I’ve probably spent more time vacuuming dog hair out of the back seat than actually having my car washed. Corgis shed a heck of a lot hair!

About the best in the business. If only they kept later hours… small gripe.
Moo Moo Car Wash bangs out buffed cars like logs sliding down a flume in the Pacific Northwest. Talk about rapid rolling thunder! Cars alternate pay-​by-​machine service and cue up for the low pay, medium and high rent washes. Seeing attendants managing the system is very nice MOO MOO touch. Reps check wheels for alignment in the troughs, side kick windows and attenae. The service is good.
Because business is normally brisk, especially at day’s end, the vacumn onsite can be a wait. There are enough stalls but, once again, if you’re an after work person there can be waiting.
At the Henderson Road MOO MOO, this time of year (Fall), the afternoon sun is a factor. What? You say What? Well, at least one of the Video Screens which pronounce your arrival and then provide choices of car wash service is in direct conflict with the sun’s rays. I kid you not! One of the attendants will break from the operation to stand at the entry point and punch in your selections because you cannot see the screen’s read-​outs. Weird, huh?!!
MOO MOO does is right. I’ve never arrived at home and seen anything but a solid overall wash of my car (Chevy Impala) — wheels included. Way to go, MOO MOO.

Great car wash place. It’s clean, we’ll maintained, and the staff is very friendly and professional. You can tell the people that run this company take a lot of pride in what they do. I wish more businesses were like this.

Well folks, this ain’t for the faint of heart!
I came here around 5:30 on a Friday. The line was almost out to the street in both lanes. Luckily, the line moved fairly quickly.
I hadn’t, as a grown adult, driven myself through a car wash before. My anticipation felt much like that of someone going on a roller coaster for the first time. And just like waiting for a ride at an amusement park, there’s no chickening out of this one! Once you’re in line, you’re stuck. Better hold on, cuz this is gonna be a bumpy ride!
In all seriousness, the process is fairly painless. I tucked my mirrors in, paid $ 5 with my card for the «fat free» wash, put my car in neutral, and away it went! There was an attendant there to reassure me, though I don’t know if he knew that’s what he was doing (in reality, he basically just uses hand signals to guide you).
Afterwards, there are free vacuums. I found them to be more than sufficient, and I haven’t vacuumed my car in almost a year.
My only complaint was that the wash didn’t get all of the gross bugs off the front of my car. I guess that would have been the $ 10 wash? Otherwise, would recommend!

Reasonable pricing for a good, quick, wash. The line can be intimidatingly long but it goes very quickly.

I think I’m done here :(My car never seems to get clean! The drive thru is so convenient, but, the vaccumes are self serve coin operated machines you have to use yourself :(
Its great in the winter time when you need a quick wash, u don’t have to get out of your car, but, I don’t think it actually washes the undercarriage of your car thus all the salt is still under there eating away and turning your ride into a rust bucket :(

I usually get my car hand-​washed, but this is a good quickie option to keep the salt off during snowy times. Go for the cheaper option. I went for the $ 10 wash and wished I’d gone for the $ 5. Pretty much the same thing… don’t listen to that payment machine! I’m your friend.

In the world of drive through car washes, I think this place is… a-​ok. :)
I went with the basic wash… because I figured a machine could only do a basic car wash (despite the three options one is presented with at the beginning). After making the selection, the attendant helps you onto the drive-​thru-​track and then you proceed through the wash.
The car was surprisingly clean, not perfect, but cleaner than I expected. Moo Moo provides free vacuums that you can use as long as you’d like.

Miss a lot of spots, but my jeep has a lot of nooks and crannies.
Dog friendly which definietely gets a star. Free vacuum gets another star. The only thing that would work better is a hand wash.

I thought for sure I’d reviewed Moo Moo Car Wash before. No? Okay. Well… at first I thought being a «fan» of a car wash seemed like an unnecessary overstatement. Can one really be a fan of a car wash? Well, count me in, I suppose. In fact, I pretty much don’t go anywhere else for car washes. This location would be out of my way (I live in German Village), except my parents live close to here, and visiting them usually reminds me to do responsible things like wash my car.
There’s three levels of wash– from skim milk to the full fat. I think the skim milk pretty much gets the job done. Can’t say I’ve noticed a tremendous difference between the base wash and the more deluxe packages.
There’s also something about unlimited monthly washing? I don’t know, I don’t use it. They used to have punch cards for free washes– which they may still have. All of the attendants are above-​and-​beyond friendly and helpful (for a carwash), should you need to interact with them. You mostly won’t need to, though, as everything is automated from the paying to the wash itself.
Free vac! It’s placed for use for AFTER your spin through the wash, which makes sense. Usually I’m more concerned about my interior than my exterior, but I’m willing to pay for a wash to have access to the free vac.
The weirdest part is the stuffed animal cows inside of the carwash chamber. It seems like they would get moldy from being in a soggy carwash all the time, no?

This place is just awesome!
Very well priced and the service is excellent. I had probably the best customer service experience ever at this local car wash. The manager took the time to really help me get my car clean, even helping me remove some of the dried on stuff by hand.
The free vacuums are awesome, very high power and really long extension so you can really get in there and get your car clean!
Going here from now on!!!

Moo Moo is our go-​to express car wash. We generally stick to one of the basic wash levels, since my husband prefers to do deep cleaning/​detailing of our cars himself, so we use the express car wash to keep them clean in between or for when we need immediate removal of mud/​salt from an adventure to prevent rust. The Moo Moo service is fast and efficient and does a good job on getting the gunk off. In addition to the good service, we are huge fans of their policy on keeping the car wash environmentally friendly. The much smaller amount of water they use to accomplish the job is excellent. And, as others have previously mentioned, the free vaccuums are a great touch!

I don’t expect much when I get my car washed. Basically, I just want to be able to see out my windows. And being the girl that doesn’t typically get her car washed but relies on the rain, and those gas station squeegees, my desires are very low when it comes to car cleanliness.
Given that I hardly get it washed, I thought… what the hell, let’s splurge for the $ 10. Well, first thought, why did it only last around 45seconds?! Are automatic washers just super turbo powered and I missed the technological upgrade?
Anyway, $ 10 was not worth it. Yes my car is clean and shiny, yes my tires are spick and span… but, I don’t know… it’s *clean* but there were spots on the rear of my car and around the trunk that were still smudged for dirt.
And while I greatly appreciate the free vacuuming — the suction power was lacking. But hey, it’s free… can’t complain.
Next time, I’ll probably just stick the $ 5 one if I ever feel the need to wash «The Biebs» again. Props for the cute moose in the window as you are exiting! :)

I wanted a carwash so I searched Unilocal,naturally, and there were all these 5-​star reviews so I excitedly drove over to Moo Moo and «splurged» on the full $ 10 service, assuming that, since everyone else said they had got spot-​free cleans for $ 5, I’d get some kind of magical moo sparkle for $ 10.
Well, I didn’t. The entire back of my car was completely missed. Keep in mind that this is a car I just bought 5 days ago, so it wasn’t really dirty. I’m also not exactly sure what the other $ 5 got me. For $ 8 you got all the extra stuff like under-​body clean, but for $ 10 I think it’s supposed to just shine your tires extra good, which it didn’t really.
I get that it’s a quick automatic car wash and so perfection isn’t the expectation, but now I know that when I want a quick clean to just pay $ 5, because the $ 10 isn’t much extra.

I’ve only gotten a carwash at moo moo one time… and that’s because I was not very impressed with the wash. It was really easy to drive up and pay with a credit card, but after the wash my car was not very clean! I still had spots on my window from dead bugs or what have you, and even my rims and overall exterior my of car were not super shiny or spotless. It kind of just looked like my car was rained on.
What I do like about this place, though, is the free vacuums! And they are actually GOOD vacuums. Easy to move around and use in your car with good enough power to actually suck up all the leaves and random stuff that you track in.
So, while I was not impressed with the wash, the vacuums are a super plus! I go there periodically to vacuum my car. And who knows, just to give moo moo the benefit of the doubt, I’ll probably try one more wash sometime soon before I completely count it out. It’s hard to find a decent carwash anyway.

I decided to finally give my car it’s first wash after buying it TWO years ago. I was nervous coming to this place because it appeared so complicated. There were stations with vacuums everywhere and then two drive up lanes to the carwash with a payment station and a menu of carwash options. I drove up to the payment station and found the menu to be more simple than I thought. There were just 3 options. I opted for the cheapest $ 5 «Fat Free» carwash. I swiped my debit card and I was ready to go. Not too confusing after all. There was even a guy hanging out there if I had any questions.
The employees were friendly and directed my car into position and gave me the ok when I needed to put the car in neutral. And then the fun began! I don’t think I had ever been so excited for a carwash. (maybe when I was 5). The Moo Moo Express car wash seemed much more thorough than most car washes. I remember past car washes spraying a watered down cleaning solution on cars. This place had several nozzles spraying pure cleaning product right on your car. The rotating drying jets at the end were pretty hardcore. I could feel my whole car shaking from the wind. When I got out of my car to inspect the finished treatment, I was amazed to see so much sparkle and shine! It was like my car was brand new again.
At the end you can park your car and use one of the many free vacuums to clean out the interior of your car. I really appreciated the fact that they were free and that they were not on stupid timers like they often are at gas stations. I was free to throughly suck out all the sand and dirt that had been building up in my car for 2 years.
