We started business in 1995 serving residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment as Solitaire heating and cooling, in 2015 for our 20 year anniversary we have changed our name to Modern Aire heating and cooling but ownership has remained the same

Business Owner

I am from Arizona, after the military I moved to Ohio in 1983. I have been in the HVAC business for +34 years. My experience ranges from technician to installer to general manager and owner. I started Solitaire heating and cooling in 1995 (Oh Lic 22 883). I changed our name on our 20^th anniversary to Modern Aire heating and cooling (Oh Lic 22 883) to more reflect what I feel is our modern approach to customer satisfaction and quality of service. I am a Lennox dealer but we also offer many other brands of equipment. We service all brands of furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps along with air filters and humidifiers and more.
