Established in 1992.

I started my office in 1992 when I moved from St. Louis, MO where I had been practicing law with a medium size firm for over 6 years to Columbus, Ohio to start my own law office.

I graduated from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in June of 1982 with a B.S. In August of the same year, I attended the Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana and graduated with J.D. degree in 1985.

At the present time, 85−90% of my practice consists of representing clients in consumer bankruptcy cases such as Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 proceedings. I also represent business clients in both Ch. 13 and Ch. 11 cases. In addition, I have represented clients before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.

I am a member of the Bankruptcy Subcommittee of the Columbus Bar Association, the past member of the Judicial Liaison committee of the Bankruptcy Court, and was a member of the committee who put together the Bankruptcy Bench-​Bar Conference in April of 2008 for all of the bankruptcy judges in the Southern District of Ohio. I was the co-​chair of the Bankruptcy Law Institute of the Columbus Bar Association in 2011 – 2012 year.
