Dr. Raj S.

Business Owner

Dr. Shah is a life-​long lover of math who graduated from Dublin Coffman High School in 1989, earned his B. S in Physics from The Ohio State University and went on to earn his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Illinois in 1998. Armed with his advanced degree, he worked for 9 years in R&D and management at Intel. Dr. Shah quit his job in 2008 to pursue his passion of introducing kids to the wonder of mathematics and teaching them to THINK rather than just memorize. For the past five years, Dr. Shah has been building programs at Math Plus Academy that develop problem-​solving skills, build confidence and help inspire kids to do great things
