The staff at this Kroger are always super friendly and courteous. The kind woman working in the flower department is always smiling and always welcomes me to the store. They always have what I need and have a really large bakery and organic section which is great.

As a bed and breakfast owner and operator in Brown County, I look for good quality and consistent service and selections. We recently switched to Kroger specifically because of Jason in the meat department. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and willing to go the extra step for the customer, with a winning smile. Keep up the good work, Jason. Kroger, recognize his contributions and hire more like him.

self checkout here (because like most retailers they want to maximize profits over customer service) is horrible — instead of asking you to put in the code for produce, the reader just says price not found and you are instructed to wait for some snotty clerk to come and explain how stupid you are (excuse me — well, there are really no other choices in this one horse town unless you want spoiled food, marsh, or go to wlamart, right).

Indianapolis, IN
Kroger is my favorite grocery store in Columbus. It has a large organic section as well as tons of different options in every food category. The wine selection is great and love that they carry my favorite champagne that I typically would have to go to a liquor store to purchase.
Downside is that the store is pretty tight and the bins in the middle of some of the aisles are a pain in the butt to maneuver around even when the store is mildly busy.
