As a student at Ohio State I did not have a good experience renting from KRG. I would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

I really enjoyed living in a KRG property several years ago. Though somewhat dated, the apartment itself was clean and nice when I moved in. When my ceiling started leaking, they took care of the issue promptly and courteously. They were also fantastic to work with when I finally bought a house and needed some flexibility with closing dates and move out dates. Every communication was polite and promptly addressed by professional staff members.

These guys are great to rent from! During the course of 2 years that I was a tenant, they treated me with extreme respect and kindness. I even hit a rough patch during a few months of my stay and they were kind enough to be flexible with me until I got everything worked out. Nancy Mauger-​Davis was the one in charge at the time and she was fantastic.
Once I moved back to the area I tried to find another unit that they managed but did not have any luck. And now more than ever, I know how smoothly things ran under their management. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving to the area. They take great care of their properties and tenants.
