After Culinary school, I spent almost four years working at a bakery as the manager and lead cake decorator. When that bakery closed in 2012, I had the opportunity to start my own business working from home. I work solo to ensure product consistency and always love a new challenge!

I’ve always enjoyed baking sweets! In high school, I got interested in cake decorating and took the classes offered at Michael’s Craft Store. I kept making cakes for fun and friends, practicing as much as I could. I attended the Columbus Culinary Institute, graduating in 2008, and I knew that cakes were definitely my passion. Shortly after school, I got a job at Bakery Gingham in Columbus, Ohio. I had almost four great years of learning there before the owner decided to close down the shop, giving me all of the equipment and customer base. This was my chance to start my own home operated business, just much sooner than I thought I would be able to. Since September of 2012, I’ve been working hard to grow my name in the industry, and I would love to show you what I can do!
