John provides private lessons in guitar and ukulele to children and adults. Weekly private guitar and ukulele lessons are scheduled by appointment in John’s teaching studio in Clintonville (43 202). He also offers in-​home guitar and ukulele instruction.

History

Established in 1992.

After graduating from Ohio University with Master of Music and Master of Fine Arts degrees, John moved to Columbus, Ohio and began offering classical, acoustic and electric guitar instruction via private lessons in the Columbus metropolitan area. John has recently began offering private lessons in soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone ukuleles.

John earned his Master of Music degree from Ohio University. He has been a guitar teacher for over twenty years in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to teaching in his private studio, he’s been an instructor in the music departments of several Ohio colleges. John has recently added ukulele lessons to his private teaching studio instruction program. Whatever your current interest and level, John will instruct you in a sensitive and informative manner, helping you achieve the next level in your guitar or ukulele playing. Your program of lessons will be custom designed to fit your needs, goals, and schedule!
