I tipped $ 5 on a $ 10 tab(tipped in advance before ordering) — it is snowy out, but my work is close to this JJs. 45 minutes later, my lunch break is over, and I get a sandwich with no mayo(I ordered extra) AND no mayo packets(I even ordered packets for a back-up plan!). So my delivery is late and wrong, and the guy forgets my drink in his truck. How am I supposed to eat this dry sandwich with no drink?

Love jimmy johns! I work from home and have a hard time stopping for lunch sometimes. They deliver to me ONESANDWICH and I am forever grateful! The online tools lets me keep my favorite order in and it takes three seconds to order and 15 minutes to deliver. Worth every.single.penny.

I gave it two stars because I suppose it was my fault for ordering a BLT in the first place.-also-the delivery was pretty fast. but MAN. my sandwich was disgusting. the bacon was cold-like fresh out of the fridge cold(precooked of course). it was so hard and gross-I took it out of the sandwich and put it in my microwave at work to try to cook it a little. The sandwich itself was a soggy mess and I had to force myself to eat it. I would have called and complained-but I didn’t want to be that guy-and the delivery guys that come through the office are always super friendly. however, this is def the last time ill ever order jimmy johns again.

We ordered online and the sandwiches, with all desired specifications, arrived so fast we thought it couldn’t have been the Jimmy John’s driver. «Freaky fast,» indeed! We’ll definitely be ordering from this location in the future.

I love JJ’s. The never disappoint. I enjoy the quick service for when I’m in a hurry. The sandwiches are not meant to eat while driving, so don’t do it! Nonetheless, I always get a great meal at this place.

When my order arrived it was missing cheese, lettuce and mustard but it did have the bonus of oregano, which I did not order and did not want. When you only offer about 10 ingredients, I don’t see how you can manage to get it so wrong. We called and were told that a remade sandwich would take 1 hour(thought you were supposed to be fast!). When they showed up, they asked me for the original(incorrectly made) sandwich as if I had to prove to them that they made a mistake. It left a bad taste in my mouth. No thanks. Not ordering from here again. I would rather go to Penn Station and get a quality sub, or go to Subway and get a much better deal. Delivery seems nice but mistakes like this and poor customer service make it not worth it.

Hmmm so when you order the giant club SANDWICHES(i.e #12 beach club) you apparently have to specify you want it on the 7 grain bread. Huh? Last time I checked sandwich = bread not on a sub. Anyways, that was a total bummer as I don’t recall having to specify this in the past(although this was my first time at this particular location). Also alfalfa sprouts no longer come on the #12 — crappy shredded iceberg lettuce took its place. Additionally, my dining mate and I noticed the quality of meat seems to have gone down — that or I am getting more accustomed to better quality food/meat. They still make their subs or sandwiches extremely fast — usually ready by the time you’ve completed paying.

This new JJ on Reed Rd did not disappoint. I requested my order be delivered between 4 and 4:15 and as soon as the clock turned 4pm, I heard a knock at my door. craziness. The delivery guy was really pleasant too. If you live in the Upper Arlington/NW Columbus area, you know there are few non-pizza restaurants that deliver so I was ecstatic to see the new addition to the collection of restaurants at the Reed and Henderson intersection. And the best part: NODELIVERYCHARGE. That’s right, free delivery… for now, that is :).
