From a personal and professional standpoint, Dr. Diana Donati is the best healthcare provider I have ever come into contact with. Working in the medical industry, that’s saying something. She is professional, to the point, and has a wonderful bedside manner.
A few years ago I had intense stomach pain and I had recently switched doctors because of the previous healthcare providers inability to provide me with any conclusive results about my stomach pain. On visit two Dr. Donati scheduled me for emergency surgery that ultimately saved my life. The mystery stomach pain was an inflamed appendix, something that most family physicians would be able to easily diagnose. Dr. Donati recognized my symptoms and got me into surgery just in time. Thanks to her, I’m alive to tell you this.
Since this incident, all of my family has switched to seeing her and the majority of my friends as well. She is excellent.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Donati since I moved to Columbus three years ago and needed to find a new GP. I haven’t had many health issues, but I’ve never had trouble getting in there for a same-​day visit for a strep test or antibiotics. She has a great bedside manner and never makes me feel rushed. I have been going there for several years now, was never thrilled, but overall satisfied. Recently had an issue on coding /​billing that they could have been much more helpful with, as the problem was initiated on their end, however they were not helpful, or very nice about the situation, and although not a large amount of money was involved, I am totally turned off by their customer service, or lack thereof. I plan to look for a different doctor/​office for my entire family.

I have been frequenting this office for about 7 years. I see Dr. Donati. I can usually get in quickly if I am ill that day. If the doctor has any drug samples she will give them to me free. They have always been professional and fast with me.
