Unfortunately, my opinion has changed a bit… This last trip(just now) wasn’t as fun. My husband found a pair of boots that he was very interested in purchasing… Good boots, great price. When we went to check out, the label didn’t match their computer system. So after the shoe department employee did some research(which took longer than we had realized it would), found out that the shoes were in fact more than $ 10 more than the ticketed price, and they weren’t going to honor the ticketed price. Ummm… Who does that? Very poor customer service, very poor Marshall’s.

Come here first when in the market to purchase something for your home or office. Get great quality for a great price. Yes, sounds cheesy but it’s true. I come here before going to the other top home stores like crate and barrel, bed bath and beyond, pier 1 imports, etc. I get the same items that I would get from those locations for less of the price. I also enjoy the clearance sections for items that I am not looking for but items I could use, obviously because the price is right. The store can be disorganized and super busy with long lines. You have to come with patience. I just leave my husband and son at home so I am not pressured to rushed and can enjoy browsing around.

One of my favorite places to shop as I love it here. I usually spend hours perusing all the aisles and I never leave the store without something or with new decorating ideas. Always something new and different to find here!

Honestly, I could spend hours in here, carefully surveying isle by isle looking for hidden treasures. There is something here for everyone’s taste and style. Items are constantly changing so, if you see something and you like it or think you’ll grow to like it, you’d better buy today it because there’s a 99.99999% probability it won’t be there tomorrow. Same thing applies if you are buying multiples of something, be sure you get all of the bits and pieces or be left short. The stock changes frequently therefore, its best to pop in on a regular basis. I like to keep a list of items I’m looking for in order to stay on track. This store triggers my shopper FOMO something fierce! It’s rare that I don’t walk away with soooomething new. «You should get that Stacey… it’s the perfect color and, come on look how cheap it is… you know it won’t be here tomorrrrooooow!» Sounds familiar yeah? I bought a Le Creuset pie dish for $ 16, WINNING.

I follow a home DIY blog and the author always finds AMAZING stuff at HomeGoods. So last weekend I finally realized we HAVE HomeGoods in Cbus, duh! So I ventured out to the Gahanna location! Man was this place awesome! HomeGoods is owned by TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. The various locations are always attached to either a TJM or Marshalls. This particular one is a Marshalls. It is like the MECCA of amazing home goods! Pillows, kitchenware, shower curtains, bed spreads, rugs, pet supplies, lamps, couches, furniture, spices, oils, photo frames, mirrors… I could go on FOREVER! Everything is very modern and adorable. Lots of things like Pier One, Bed Bath & Beyond and World Market would carry, except at TJ Maxx prices! I came out with a huge haul(a dog bed, medicine cabinet, down pillows, painting, drawer organizers, Acacia cutting board, canvas storage box) and only spent $ 130! I think I’m a HomeGoods addict for life!
