Horrible service. The people taking orders can’t get it together. Lines inside and out around the block. Got the orders wrong of 4 people just while I was waiting to order. Will never return to this location

I ordered a plain burger with mustard at this location and it took over 10 minutes to prepare. As it was being prepared I watched employees move crates and pick things up off the floor with their gloves on. After doing so they went back to prepping food without changing gloves. Gross. When I got my burger I had to send it back as it was not prepared the way I asked. Employees were condescending when using greetings with myself and other customers. This was my first experience at this chain, and it will probably be my last. I can’t get over the gloves. So nasty.

This place was AWFUL! Upon arrival we had to deal with an extremely rude employee who wasn’t very pleasant at all. No kids meal choices so my 5 year old had to get an adult meal. We waited 25 minutes for our 3 meals to come up, and even then the food was not hot and looked like it was sitting for a while. They left out my fries also, so my husband had to go back up there and wait for them. The employee he spoke to then was also rude and was too busy talking to her friends to even bother correcting our order. No wonder hardly anyone was dining in — the place is just awful. Please don’t bother and go elsewhere.

Stopped here for lunch as we traveled through. Typically we enjoy Hardee’s from time to time. This location seemed to be on the low end of the Hardee’s quality of service scale. Unusually long time to prepare three combos to go, 10 plus minutes. No napkins in the entire restaurant and no medium drink tops. Good luck not spilling you 24 oz drink. :(Other quest requested various condiments which they were also out of. The food, fries and burgers, were less than hot when we received them.
As a final note we noticed they had a rather low rating from the health inspectors, an 85.
