Are all H&M’s this small? Everything is too tightly packed together and there’s no room at all to walk. This store is usually a mess and the sales, in my opinion, aren’t that great. Only giving it three stars because most of the associates are fairly kind to me.

Be careful! They forget to take out the alarms when you check out. By the way, this shows that the alarm system is not working. Next time I don’t pay for it. Thanks H&M for a dress with an alarm! So trendy

I love the clothing that they have and the variety of them from infants, toddlers, women and men. They are a little pricey for me so shopping in here while they have clearance sales are good which is most often. At least once a month. Secondly, the store upkeep itself is good with clothes neatly shelved and folded or hung up neatly. Employees are nice and always informative with upcoming sales and coupons on your phone app or paper ones to save you money

Rude! The store was nearly empty so I thought the cashier would be kind and courteous, boy was I wrong. As soon as the couple in front of me were finished with their transaction I stepped up to buy two small items. The cashier waved toward the other register while walking away saying someone would be there to help me. When the next cashier finally made his way to the register he was very rude and short with me. Don’t waste your time at this store when there are so many other options near by… Unless you like rude people.

Seemed to be fairly well organized. I went this past week and August was back-to-school-month so 15% off with student ID. I was over charged $ 5 on a pair of pants but I was too lazy to go back since I figured with the student discount, it’s only a few dollars worth.

I’m glad to see this H&M at Easton, means not having to drive over to Polaris just to shop here. I’m a fan of the trendy clothes and reasonable price. There’s a lot in the store. It can be a bit overwhelming when you combine the bright colors, bold patterns and sheer volume of items crammed on a rack. So I try to go in when I have plenty of time to browse. I love all the accessories they sell in addition to clothing: the shoes, scarfs, hats, jewelry and many other fun finds. You can get an entire outfit for a reasonable price. I’m also glad to see the men’s section and kids here in the store too.

I really like the style of most of the clothing here. The have GREAT sales too. Just last week I went in, and found a dress for around $ 5. It looked horrible on me, so I didn’t get it, but still! They have a good variety of stuff too. Lots of clothes you can wear to work or school or just around town. I love the accessories. They have jewelry, hair stuff, purses and more. The swim suits are the best deal, so cheap! Just simple stuff, very nice and minimal for sure. I’ve had some pieces that I got years ago that I never thought would last, but it really seems to hold up well. I don’t even hang dry stuff.

Not too long ago a buddy turned me on to this place and I really dug it. The clothes are pretty cheap, as in price and quality. I bought a pair of jeans and they are definitely summer jeans being such light material. Most of the clothes really aren’t my style but what really sold me is that they have a kids section at this location and the sales are just insane. I found several tops for my little ones for $ 1 each which when dealing with kids is just awesome. They have Hello Kitty stuff as well which sealed the deal for my little one.

There was a lot of excitement about the opening of this store in the fall of ’09 so I thought I’d duck in to see what this particular one was like. OMGHEADACHE. There were clothes all over the floor and the walkways were hardly big enough to fit 2 people at once. The ceiling in this particular store(ground level) is really low and it literally felt like I was walking through someone’s basement. I didn’t stay for more than 5 minutes. I’ve been to really nice H&M’s and I hope that when I go back later(and not 4 days after Christmas), it will be a better experience.

I was so excited for the H&M to open in Columbus. I didn’t go on opening day in order to avoid the masses. I went a week or so after they had opened. The second floor is all mens and kids and the bottom floor is womens. I was severely disappointed. It’s womens section seemed small, and had the same things over, and over, and over. I didn’t see anything special or worth the money(other than some gloves that they didn’t have in my size). I’ve been to so many H&M’s in various cities, and this was by far the worst. I’m willing to give it another shot in the winter and spring, but I’d rather shop in NYC.

H&M, need I say more!!! The day of the opening, no, I didn’t go… couple of days after opening, I still didn’t go despite the urge to do so. About a week after its opening, I finally went during daytime, meaning like 11am-ish. They had awesome opening sale, not that I went on a shopping binge, but at the price of a value meal(some tops), how could I not? I say it’s a good investment, lol. H&M at Easton is two floors: the first floor is the women section with accessories and a section for dressing room. On the second floor, it’s divided by men and kids section also with accessories and dressing rooms. Gotta go check it out, people!!!
