History

Established in 2003.

Guerrieri, Cox & Associates have represented over thousands of individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. In addition to discharging debt, we helped home owners avoid second mortgages and judgment liens in hundreds of those cases. We routinely stop garnishments, foreclosures, evictions, utility shut-​offs, and repossessions. We are successful in obtaining loan modifications in many cases cases as well.

Introduction:

I help clients solve their debt problems, primarily through bankruptcy, but also through debt settlement, foreclosure defense, and loan modification. I review individual circumstances and advise as to the options available that fit the individual situation.

Bragging rights:

My wife and I are outnumbered at home with three kids and a golden retriever that always wants to play ball, but we love it!

Somehow, I still find time to volunteer as a trustee for the Credit Education Coalition and to speak at various local bankruptcy seminars.

Education and Experience:

After seven years at The Ohio State University and two degrees, I have assisted thousands of consumers and small business owners with debt relief.
