They really saved the day! After my car started having significant issues and a local dealership told me they couldn’t help me for a week and left me hanging, this Goodyear really came through for me. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an honest and reasonable quote, and even had all of the work completed two hours earlier than expected– the same day I brought it in! The friendly staff kept me in the loop throughout the day. I’ve always had service done at the dealership, but after today I think I will be switching to this place. Super convenient location, too!

Absolutely do no recommend this place at all! Go to a different tire store! I would give them 0 stars if that were possible.
We had a tire go flat in our jeep and desperately needed a new tire being that my girlfriend is a traveling nurse. Her tire pressure sensor was broken in the flat. Given that we were in a rush to get her vehicle fixed and didn’t have the extra money to spend on a new tire pressure sensor (about $ 110 just for the sensor!!) we asked them to just put in a rubber valve stem and that we didn’t care if the tire pressure light was on. They kept telling my girlfriend and I that they could not put in a rubber valve stem and that we had to buy the $ 100 sensor (which is absolutely not true considering I am in the automotive business).
This is a prime example of an automotive business trying to take advantage of an «unaware» consumer! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Or they will try to take advantage of you!!!
Way to lose a sale Goodyear…

well took my acura in to have ac charged. they said that they could not charge it and said the compressor was bad. Charged me a 169.00 for «not really sure» actually. They did evac the system which is very easy, and anyone could looked down at the compressor and realized that it was not kicking on! Is that what they charged me for??? I did just that, and installed new ac unit and returned to have unit charged again, and had a coupon for 15 point inspection and asked for the receipt from the 1^st visit. Well went to p/​u car and again they said they could not charge it again??? This time they said compressor was not moving fast enough, they never charged me for this visit, but they did not do the free inspection nor did they give me the receipt i asked for. Oh boy! So I simply changed the belt and charged the unit myself! That was it! Works fine now! Still not sure why i paid 169.00 dollars and i guess they dont either! WoW! I thought they were much better than this. Guess there are some new people there and the manager was not in either! But really, they did not know to tell me it needed only a new belt??? Crazy

This is the last time I will go here for any work. I’ve been taking my car here for oil changes for about six years. Oil changes are fine, reasonably priced. In 2011 I bought tires from them that after 10,000 miles had so much road noise they were unbearable. I tried to figure out the issue and they told me it was an issue with something involving the back tire. They quoted $ 700 to replace both sides. My husband replaced them and the noise continued. He went on
and found out those tires were reviewed as having loud road noise after 10,000 mi. I showed the review to Firestone and I we negotiated a purchase of new tires at 50% off the listed price. Two years later I get oil changed and get a call stating they are recommending new tires due to low tread. I asked if they were under warranty since they were bought there. He started back pedaling that there wasn’t a need for the warranty because hadn’t reached that low of a tread level yet. This is just the time they start talking to customers about new tires (less than 28,000 mi on them). So basically, we want to scare you into buying a new set of tires until we find out you have a clue about your car and we would be bearing the cost of the replacement. NO MORE MONEY HERE!

What amazing service I always get from this location! They gave me options to choose from with reasonable pricing and perfect explanation of their process and had a convenient schedule and wait time.
When I showed up for my appointment they didn’t even hesitate, they took me right away and later when I got home I checked my email and realized I was an hour and a half late for my appointment. I always have great service here. Why do I ever go anywhere else!

One of the best goodyear locations I’ve ever been to! Speedy service and very polite staff. Fresh coffee and clean waiting area! Definitely recommend this goodyear for anyone in the downtown Columbus area!

I had a flat tire from a slow leak. I bought a can of Fix-​A-​Flat, attempted to temporarily repair the tire and then reinflated it. It seemed to hold up for the next couple of days, but the Fix-​A-​Flat can said that I should get the tire repaired or replaced by 3 days or 100 miles, whichever came first.
I came to this Goodyear location based on their positive reviews. I initially planned to get all four tires replaced, since I think they’re the original set and the car has over 60,000 miles on it. I got quotes on different sets of tires, which were higher than I was expecting or hoping for. Then I asked about getting the tire repaired. They quoted me $ 37 if the tire could be repaired.
I left the car there and went to lunch. I got a call about an hour later that they’d cleaned out the Fix-​A-​Flat stuff and inspected the tire, even dunking it in their water tank, but they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They said I ought to keep an eye on it, but if it’s OK for another week or so, it’s probably fine.
I went to pick up the car and got a big surprise. They charged me NOTHING. They had my car and my keys and could have easily held me up for an inspection fee or any other piddy little thing. But they didn’t DO anything, so they didn’t CHARGE me anything. I was truly amazed.
The tire may blow out tomorrow and then I won’t be as happy, but I think it’s worth noting such good business practices.

No complaints about the service. Jeff at the front desk had his hands full with cars the previous Friday, but said he could start on my car first thing Saturday morning. I live in walking distance, so that was cool.
They had the car in and out in an hour. Unlike an oil change place, no bullcrap about all the extra plugs and filters I needed. He suggested one, in a way that didn’t add pressure, and I took it. They were great, and for the first time getting an oil change, I didn’t walk out with my pockets turned inside out.

We were having some car problems on a Saturday and it was difficult to find a place in the downtown area that had a mechanic to do the repairs. After driving around and calling out to a few places we stopped by this Goodyear. They let us know that the NTB might be able to help us out. We thank them for their great customer service as it was a real life saver. If it wasn’t for them we may still be stuck in Columbus with no way to get back to Chicago. I would give them five stars for customer service but docked it down to four as we really didn’t get a full in store repair service experience.

Quick service, convenient downtown location, and good rebates. I’m a fan.
If you’re just one person, its very difficult to get new tires. Either you fight the crowds on the weekend, or take time off work to wait it out during a workday. Enter the downtown Goodyear. I was able to make an appointment same day, get the tires I wanted, get a sweet rebate, and was on my way without missing a tick of work. Downtown businesses like these are critical to making cbus urban living real.

I’ve tried this place twice.
First visit: Needed the AC fixed. It was laughable how the tech and the shop manager tried to explain to me that I needed a new compressor AND dryer to get the AC to work when the AC worked in the rear vents of the van just not in the front. «Are there two compressors and two dryers?» I asked. «No just one of each». «Well then, how is cold air produced for the back if those components are not working?» We went back and forth like that for 10 minutes until I asked; «Is there a part that is designed to direct part of the cooling to the front, and part to the rear?» Ah, «yes» that part did exist they replied — now we’re getting somewhere. I bought that part from NAPA for about $ 20 and had it installed elsewhere which fixed the trouble. I paid only $ 80 and wiped my ass with their $ 700 estimate.
Second visit: I coasted into to Columbus on a nearly flat tire one day and bought my replacement tire from them. About 6 months later the belts broke on that replacement tire. They flat refused to acknowledge that the belts broke in favor of my car suddenly needing a front end alignment in addition to the new tire. Let’s recap: one tire with one big lump under the unworn tread and one letter to corporate Goodyear in order to get that tire replaced.
