Been a long time customer of this place. Service is always helpful and friendly. Pricing is good/​fair. Plus it’s locally owned.
The reason I’m writing this review? I purchased an old Xbox360 from them tonight. Took it home — ran into issues with connecting the AV cable. Took everything back to the store — the staff gave me helpful tips to ensure that it connected properly to the console. Went back home and then an issue developed with the actual console. Called the store and they said I could come back for an even exchange — did so — now I have a used Xbox360 for my wife to use. The staff was professional and pleasant during this entire exchange and I recommend them to anyone wanting to buy new/​used video games.

Customer service was awesome. The guys behind the counter were very helpful. The game prices are reasonable for current generation. Their movie selection is filled with Blu-​ray and DVDs. It’s a one stop shop.

Oh the unicorn 5 star that happens once in a while, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in this place.
The guy behind the counter was funny and also very helpful. They had old systems in there along with new AND they sold used guitar hero guitars! We searched high and low for them but no one sells them anymore, these guys do and cheap and they work. He said if they didn’t bring em back and they’d exchange em out until we found some that did.
The selection of games is pretty awesome.
They also have disk cleaning! That right there is awesome too because then you can get most of your old games working again instead of having to buy them again.

Prices are definitely reasonable, and it’s a great place to find all sorts of games, both old and new. They have a great selection of DVDs and their prices are fairly cheap.
It’s a nice hole-​in-​the-​wall shop that always has a few surprises and a lot of good deals. I say go check it out!

I used to shop here. I have since moved out of the Columbus area though. I miss the kind ladies behind the counter. I LOVE buying DVDs and they always had a decent selection for a decent price. I sold some games just before I moved and they gave me a decent price for the stuff. I wish I could find a place close to my home now (in California) that was as friendly and well priced.

This store has gotten so much slack. I can tell you I have been there MANY of times, and not once have they ever been rude to me or shady. I have seem them deal many transactions, for buybacks and trade-​ins. They always ask for ID when dealing with games and systems. I trade in movies/​games there because 9 time out of 10 they give the most value for trade in credit. While everyone may have a bad day here and there and customers are not always pleasant, I don’t see these ladies doing dirty business.
Since the store was «closed» down for a few days and opened back up, it seems they were deemed ok to open back up so the hate that is going on is pointless. Like it or not this store is around, its a great store that gives good deals on most items, and its not uncommon that I don’t spend $ 50 there whenever I visit.
The ladies, the atmosphere, and the product selection is good.
