Service lacking for web orders. After a few days of having my order unfulfilled I contacted their email address. After a few days of having no email response I contacted their phone number. After having my voicemail go unanswered, I contacted them on Facebook. After looking to see that a time stamp shows that they read my Facebook message, but did not respond, I checked my web order to find that the order had been refunded without them sending me any feedback about why. I had to check the item page to determine why I might have been refunded and the item is now listed as out of stock. It appears they have a nice service at their kiosk, however while their website looks great and is well organized, I don’t feel that they attend to keeping stock status up to date or monitoring it for orders very well.
