Thankfully there are many seats outside to sit. There are many flavors and all so refreshing and tasty. My husband and I also enjoyed how there are many toppings available as well. It’s your typical Sweet Frog, Tutti Frutti, fro-yo place but with a hipster-ish twist. The ceiling fan is amazing and fits well with the interior. They have waffle bowls and fresh cookies available to add to your bowl. My husband got the Key Lime Bar, Tahitian Vanilla, Cheesecake; I got the Mountain Blackberry, Coconut, and Espresso. It was refreshing and surprisingly filling! Great dessert after eating lunch in downtown.

Went for some dessert and this was the nearest place open on Easter. Good place with a lot of choices. It was good but a little expensive. I don’t think it differentiates itself from any of the other self serve yogurt places I’ve been to. It’s good but not great. This 3 stars

Plenty of yummy yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from. The crew who attended us was pleasant. Interiors interesting. Overall, it was quite a treat to be there.

Local, homemade fro-yo? Say whaaaaaa? I wish I could’ve packed Freeze Frame in my suitcase because that was some seriously tasty fro-yo. The flavor selection is vast here, and silly little me ended up with a Tahitian vanilla. But I had such a hard time picking! There were so many ingredients to choose from as well. I was very happy with my vanilla fro-yo with the right amount of berries and chocolate. Prices are about what you expect for fro-yo. The seating inside was a little odd because the chairs were so low that I was wondering if it were all kids seating. But it was a sunny, 70 degree November day so no issue going outside to eat. Definitely worth a trip in if you’re in the Columbus area and craving for something sweet!

I love this place! It is tradition of mine with my boyfriend to drop by everytime we are in uptown Columbus. The service is great and very clean. The options of yogurt is very good as well. Not only do they serve frozen yogurt, but they also serve coffee drinks as well. They can also provide you smoothie/milkshake with the yogurt selection they have; you combine what you want and they will create the drink for you. They also offer military and student discounts.

I visited this business yesterday for the first time, and I LOVED the Kiwi Strawberry sorbet, as well as the selection of toppings to compliment it, however… when I walked in, the manager gave me a look of disgust as if I did not belong there or maybe I was interrupting her in the middle of eating HER frozen yogurt as I walked in while she was adding toppings to it. I spoke, she did not greet me. I finished with my order, placed my cup on the scale and she said nothing! She rang me up, I gave her my card, she handed it back and said nothing… again! She did not give me my receipt, it printed and I had to grab it from the machine myself. She walked off and said nothing else. One of the worst experiences I have EVER encountered at such a nice business establishment. I seriously contemplated not going back at all, and encouraging my co-workers not to return either. I did go back today hoping to speak to someone regarding my horrible experience, and surprisingly today was completely different. There was another lady that assisted me today, she said her name was Monica, and she was the sweetest. Thank you Monica for providing me with a completely different experience today, you ROCK, and so does the froyo! :)

I was a super big fan of this place when I was visiting Columbus. They have a ton of yogurt flavors, and a ton of toppings. Everything is serve yourself, the only complaint I have is that I want a sectioned cup so I can try more flavors at once! And that I didn’t find it sooner on my trip… I’ll definitely be back if I swing through town again. There’s some complaints about the service, and while I didn’t find the cashier super-amazingly-friendly, I didn’t find them unfriendly either. Take a chance, give it a shot!

Great frozen yogurt! They have a Nutella flavored that’s my favorite. All the flavors taste exactly like they’re supposed to and the variety of toppings is awesome. I’ve been to other frozen yogurt joints and the flavors of the yogurt don’t really measure up. Wish there was one of these in Chicago. But I look forward to coming back when I’m back in town!

So many different flavors and toppings! They even had a dairy free option for those with lactose intolerance. The restaurant and outdoor seating was all clean and well maintained. The sugar free vanilla was delicious!

Toppings are great(better than other local places), frozen yogurt flavors are good(equal to other local places), and the service is okay. Sometimes the cashier is friendly, other times they just ignore you for the most part. Prices seem slightly higher, but worth it every so often.

OK… for real… some of the best froyo I have ever had. They had the most amazing flavors I have ever had, and it was perfectly icy. Go!

Not a bad place, but not any better than your typical froyo place. Good flavors and toppings, but doesn’t stand out.

Even one star is too high of a rating for this establishment. First, we arrived about 15 minutes before opening and the employee rudely turned and told us, «we aren’t open.» So we patiently waited until noon on a bench nearby for our third friend to arrive. Once he arrived, we proceeded to wait outside the door. A second employee looked at us with a strong glare of disgust, turned the lock, and walked away as if we posed a threat to the unopen establishment. Overall, I was very unpleased with the staffs’ friendliness. I’ve been to this yogurt chain before and was hesitant to return because of its poor quality products and dusty and unkempt atmosphere. I urge you not to support this unwelcoming establishment.

My friend and I stop here each time we have a girls night. The staff is always friendly and the inside of shoppe is really neat. I love the exposed brick. Lots of seating inside and outside. Do yourself a favor and try a slice of cheesecake next time you visit. I like putting oreo pieces and hot fudge on top. You won’t be disappointed!

What can I say? The yogurt here was delicious. It is self serve and you can put on whatever toppings you like. I got the plain tart yogurt and watermelon sorbet. My husband got the espresso flavor. There is plenty of seating inside and outside of the shop and the scenery is pretty nice since it is located in downtown. Overall id come back here again whenever I come back to Colombus.

This is the best place to get frozen yogurt in Columbus. It’s in a convenient location, the prices aren’t bad, they give a military discount and best of all, the yogurt is delicious. I wouldn’t say I’m a fro-yo expert but after trying some from Cherry Berry, I can tell a huge difference in taste. I also love that this is locally owned and therefore the experience is a bit more personal. The atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome. I love the furniture and exposed brick. It’s definitely unique. I love that they showcase local artists. The interior is clean and doesn’t feel sticky like a lot of ice cream/yogurt places do. I definitely recommend. :)

Took the kids in because Chill wasn’t an option that day. The toppings are about the same but the selection was more sorbets and fruity flavors rather than yogurt type things. It was slightly more expensive also but friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

came here with some friends after a stroll along the river. the atmosphere is great. probably the best yogurt place i’ve been in terms of atmosphere. it’s definitely a long way from the traditional pink berry theme. this place has brick walls, distressed wood, mismatched outdoor furniture, giant metal fans on the ceiling and art for sale on the walls. the yogurt selection was good with quite a few sorbets for those less lactosey. the toppings looked fresh and they had a good variety. i couldn’t find any marshmallow sauce, which made me sad, but it’s probably for the best. the cups they have are on the skinny and tall side, which makes your cup seem very empty at first, so be careful. =)
