After 41 years as an accomplished trial lawyer, Frank Ray focuses on offering services as a mediator and arbitrator for a broad variety of civil disputes. He also provides services as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases. Mr. Ray continues in his role as Legal Counsel to the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Professional Baseball Organization and to the operating entity for Huntington Park.

Established in 1982.
From 1973 through 1978, Frank Ray servied as an Assistant Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney. In an intervening one-year period during 1975 and 1976, Mr. Ray was Director of the Economic Crime Project of the National District Attorneys Association in Washington, D.C. In 1979, Mr. Ray entered private practice with Michael F. Colley & Associates in Columbus. On December 28, 1982, he left the Colley firm and established Frank A. Ray Co., L.P.A. On January 1, 2006, Mr. Ray merged his firm with Chester, Willcox & Saxbe in 2006. On April 15, 2011, he withdrew from his partnership with Chester, Willcox & Saxbe; and Mr. Ray re-established his law firm of Frank A. Ray Co., L.P.A.

Born January 30, 1949, Frank Ray grew up in Upper Arlington, Ohio, where he graduated from high school in 1966. He obtained his B. A. in English in 1970 and his J. D. in 1973 from The Ohio State University.
He has served as president of the following professional organizations: Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. Ray has been elected to the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers.
From 2002 through 2010, Mr. Ray secured appointment as an Adjunct Professor at the Moritz College of Law of The Ohio State University. He taught the Trial Practice Course during the Fall semesters.
