Well…3/5 stars in being really generous. Mostly because this place had the most amazing beds and I was super tired. The pillows were on the soft side and would of liked a firmer pillow. But overall a good night sleep. Got three bites of some sort overnight. Was it the bed? Hope not. Can’t complain about the DirectTV. Nice to have some good options. Even though I was on the second floor, the elevator seemed like it took forever. For never seeing anyone else once while being on the elevator, it must of stopped at each of the four floors. Area to fix: the shower. It leaks! Wasn’t the shower head spurting water, it came from the seam in the wall. Take a quick shower!

Stayed here for one night a couple of weeks ago. Staff was friendly at check in. No indoor pool. Weight/Fitness room was good. No complimentary breakfast. WiFi worked well. Room was okay, a bit dated and it was small. Nice thick duvet on bed. Lots of TV channels(Direct TV). The a/c was one of those old school window units with a dial. We had it on low fan, but it rattled all night. We advised the front desk and had to get a late checkout due to lack of sleep. Was happy to leave.

My husband said it looks like they furnished our room from a garage sale. Bed is nice but none of the furniture matches. Room is large but getting past the window and AC unit to get to one side of the bed is a tight squeeze. There are no outlets near the bed to plug your phone in. Lighting and switch placement is weird. Bathroom light and fan are on one switch so if you like to sleep with the bathroom light on, you’re out of luck unless you enjoy the loud rattle of fan all night. Everything looks and feels cheap. The hallways are dark and dingy. I’d say it’s a step or two above a YMCA(with private bath) and a couple of steps below a Marriott Courtyard or Hampton Inn. I’m a SPG member so I chose this over the Hilton Polaris across the street, which is a true 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and rooms are typically only $ 10-$ 20 more per night. Though I like getting my SPG points, I’m heading back to the Hilton next trip in.

Worst service I ever seen… what shall I write good about this place… worst internet service and when you ask front desk, they will reply«keep switching the wi fi networks, there are plenty of people using at the same time» …I mean really;I paid all those bucks to hear that reason ? Fire alarm will ring for no reason and there will be no one on front desk. You go to bar and ask bar attender to make a drink and HELLO… they don’t speak… they will act like a dumb ROBOTS . Till this experience I was a fan of four points but this place changed my whole choice. STAYAWAY

Very nice renovation, great hotel for the price. It’s not a shiny new build, so if you’re a diva that’s bothered by a squeaky door, look elsewhere. But all the furniture is new, comfy clean beds, big TV in room, military discount, and a full bar in the lobby with a very friendly bartender. Would definitely stay again!

This place is amazing. Great bar and they serve the best local brews. The host was so friendly and the service by the others was incredible. You have read the other reviews and sure, it’s not perfect but you cannot beat what you get for the price. 1. The lobby looks trendy and has beautiful wood floors. Everyone said hi to me and had a great conversation. They make you feel at home here. 2. There is a pool outside. Exercise room. Pretty much a full bar with craft beers on tap. You would think that this place would be packed but it’s not. 3. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and very plush. I slept like a baby. There is a free bottle of water waiting for you. There are outlets everywhere. Now they do have suites available for extended stays but no rooms with a jacuzzi. 4. You get breakfast for two($ 24) dollar value. Nice touch. Plus you are near Polaris where you can shop to your hearts content.

This place is a dump!!! I have been traveling the east coast and have became a gold member with Sheraton. Let me tell you this place is a dump… It’s hard to believe its a four points!!. Seriously! We got into out room, we thought. We walked into a open room with the tv blasting and a wet bed and comforter. We called they front desk and told them about the bizarre situation. They had said they messed up and have us a closed room. So weird, never encountered tat situation in my life We move on, we get settled in to our next room after we receive a free breakfast(which didn’t mean much because we already purchased free breakfast online). We get our three girls settlers in and our snacks and milk ready to be put in the refrigerator. There is no refrigerator. Oh well, we asked for a refrigerator. There is non available and thy can’t help us. They said we can leave it in the bar and call for it How about the middle of the night when our child wakes up 2⁄3 times a night for cup?. Well we then asked for the manager, she spoke to us and confirmed yes that was the situation, to leave it at the bar and if we didn’t like it we should find another hotel. Seriously!!. SPG backed us up and gave us a lot if points but we are stuck at this dump for tonight.

We’ve usually been pleased with the«Four Points» line of Sheraton Hotels, but the Columbus — Polaris Four Points was a real disappointment. Because we were staying three nights, and because we often prepare our food and eat in the room due to medical diet restrictions, we had booked a suite with a refrigerator and microwave included. The so-called«suite» we got wasn’t a suite by any definition I know of. It was a single room, perhaps one-third larger than the normal rooms, but it was still just a single room, and a strange one, at that. This L-shaped«suite» had a king-sized bed in the short part of the L and the«living area’ in the long part. The TV and a very uncomfortable couch were set at right angles in the corner of the L. So where does one sit to watch TV? Not on the couch, because it is at right angles to the TV. We could sit on the bed, but then we would need opera glasses to see the TV which was at least 20 feet away, if not a bit more. Oh, and that refrigerator and microwave? Not there. When we reminded guest services that we have reserved a room with a refrigerator and microwave, they delivered a tiny dorm-sized refrigerator within a few minutes. When the microwave still hadn’t been delivered 3 hours later, we called to ask if they had forgotten. «We’ll bring that to your room right away, sir.» We called again an hour later, only to be told they had run out of microwaves but would bring us one, «as soon as someone with a microwave checks out.» By this time, it was almost 7:00PM. We’re they still expecting someone to check out that night? I doubt it. After escalating our complaint to the manager, they finally found and delivered a tiny microwave with burned spots on the front, but at least it worked. Things continued downhill from there. The«living area» had a small dining table, but no chairs. Upon realizing the problem, they rustled up two dining chairs for us. Then we began to notice that other standard amenities were missing. The room had no alarm clock(and no clock of any kind), no blow-dryer in the bathroom, no towel bars in the bathroom, and the small safe in the closet didn’t work. After our first night, I informed the front desk of these problems so they decided to move us to a different suite. While it had the same strange L-shaped layout, all the missing pieces were there. Once we were in our new room, we realized the the first«suite’ was also missing a floor lamp and a USB charging station. Only one of the two elevators in the building was working, and it was old, clanky, and cranky. To make matters worse, all their suites are laid-out so that the king-sized bed is separated from the elevator shaft by one thin wall. We woke up several times to the groaning and growling of the elevators on the other side of that wall. Even when we were not trying to sleep, the elevator noise was an unpleasant distraction. There are at least a half-dozen other hotel choices at the same freeway interchange. I recommend trying any of them, except the Four Points.
