Fast N Clean Car Wash

Worst wash ever. I paid $ 30 which is supposed to be there best service only to leave the wash with streaks all over my car. Not to mention how disorganized everything/​everyone is. Beowulf never recommend there service to anyone. You are better off going to get a cheap gas station car wash.

customer friendly. My patronage will b short lived just as my service was. They did however
attempt to correct my complaints but stevie wonder could c my wash didn’t meet the cut. Thumbs dwn n frown. Not 4 me. Then the expletives that were when the business try defend n their service. Very poor

The worst experience I have ever had. Never wanna go back there ever.
I bought the package for exterior and interior cleaning service. The guy told me it would take a few minutes. But I waited for an hour and I walked up to my car. They haven’t even touched the interior yet. So I waited for one more hour. They did a terrible job not even wipe my windshield, plus my seats were still dirty. And the guy told me to come back another time to finish it up. So I went there another time. They did the same thing. I had to wait for two hours and they couldn’t even finish it. The guy was rude. He kept me waiting. I talked to the manager. He couldn’t even handle his employees. I’m not satisfied with what they have done to car. They forgot to wipe down the water spots on my car after cleaning. I didn’t even wanna talk to them anymore so I left. What a waste of money!

Bought a Groupon for the full detail, went to the Broad St. Location. They were easy to contact and friendly, said it would be 2 – 2 ½ hours and they scheduled me for about 10 days after I called (a lot of groupons, I suppose).
They took a little less than 2 hours for the detail. The deal was $ 80 for $ 200 of work, but I would not place the value of it at $ 200. The car was definitely cleaner than I would have got it, but I expected a greater attention to detail. There were some streaks on the window and bits of dust/​etc. still around the seats and dashboard I would have thought they would spend the time to remove and make it spotless. The exterior clean/​wax was perfect, however– well, besides a hand print.
Overall, a good place if you want to get a regular car wash/​wax/​vacuum, etc. but I was not wow’ed with the interior detailing. I was expecting quality like a dealership would have in order to sell a used car, which $ 200 makes sense– but I thought it fell short on that. If it were a detail worth $ 80 I would rate them 5 stars, but for what is suppose to be a $ 200 detail, I give 3.

Bought a Groupon for a full detail of my SUV and I must admit, I was a little skeptical, as I am of most car detailing establishments. Not because I don’t trust them, it’s just something about letting someone else clean up your car and see all your mess and the likelihood that something could get messed up. I must say, however, that this place BLEW me away with the level of detail provided to my vehicle. I have children and my SUV is the one that is the «Go to» for running them around. Anyone with children knows that they can wreak havoc on the interior of a car… with crumbs, spilled juices, mud etc. These folks did a FANTASTIC JOB on the reconditioning of the leather, the rims, the carpet and the waxing of the exterior. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

The WORST place to get your car done! I paid for «The Works» Full Service and it took them less than 5 minutes to clean my car. When I stepped back into my car, there were lots of stains & dust on the floor, seats and everywhere. They only cleaned about 10% of the interior. Moreover, when I got home, I noticed that they purposely stole my expensive beautiful crystal heart that I hung on my rear view mirror. The heart was gone but the string was still hanging there. Oh, my goodness, I was SO FURIOUS! That was my first and definitely my LAST time going there! They should change their business name to FAST-​N-​DIRTY CAR WASH!!! :(

I bought the groupon for the full detail and was very pleased with the work that was done. I was able to call that day and have them squeeze me in. Very nice and friendly, I would definitely go back.

I bought a groupon and came to this car wash on a busy Saturday. Unlike other reviewers, I thought they did a really good job on my car. The only thing I would mention, the groupon is for $ 29 for three «the works» washes but when you get there, «the works» is only $ 8.99 so you might want to not buy the groupon since it’s not even a good deal. I even upgraded to add to the «manager’s special» and it was only $ 5 for all the added services. I would probably go back.

I love this car wash… It wasn’t freezing outside and looking at those guys getting wet and wiping it down for me… and if I had wanted to sit out in the cold they would have cleaned the inside quite well too. Vacuum and wipe it all down… now here’s the rules; if you leave loose cash it is considered a tip. They have a 3 day/​5 day rewash policy too. Compared to other car washes for the price it is quite good. It’s as close to detailing as I’m going to get. If you ask they will give you smell good little cards too for putting into the ventilation vents. Just don’t forget to ask and be like me.

Avoid this business! I took my car for a full car wash on Sunday, May 5 and they must have run into something, because they broke off the passenger side mirror. We exchanged information and they said the manager would contact their insurance and take care of it, but they will not answer my calls, and refuse (albeit by not communicating) to pay for the damage. The Better Business Bureau contacted them on my behalf but they didn’t answer them either. Horrible experience – unprofessional company. Don’t trust them with your car.

If I can give 0 star, I will. The manager at Sinclair shop was so rude and grumpy. I bought the three-​times car wash on groupon and I only used it once. The second time I went there, the manager told me I could not use it because I didn’t have the bar code from groupon. I said it’s because I used it once. He said then you can’t use it anymore. But I bought it for three-​times car wash!!! I asked him to check the record of my last car wash, he said no.

Great service, fast and usually courteous. Avoid busy times it backs up quickly. Also hard to exit onto Broad sometimes.

My husband and I bring our cars to the East Broad Street location. Whether we have just the exterior washed, or have them do the interior, the cars always look great! Staff is easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I too bought «The Works» exterior/​interior washes from Groupon, 3 for $ 25. Normally, you’d pay $ 20 for just one so I thought this was a great deal as I’ve purchased them full price in the past. Unfortunately, they should’t advertise them as «The Works» because some secret code or hand single must be relayed to let the guys working on your car know it’s a Groupon customer. Granted, they do a decent job and have a majestic waiting area complete with serve yourself popcorn and a flat screen television, but your car is no where near the calibur of cleanliness when you buy «The Works» at face value. All-​in-​all 3 exterior/​interior washes for $ 25 is great, just don’t expect to get «The Works» royal treatment.

I purchased a groupon for them because I reallllly needed the interior of my car cleaned out. The first time I visited the location on Sinclair, I was told I would have to make an appointment and come back because the detailing takes about 2 hours. No problem — I made an appointment to come back that following weekend.
They called me 2 days before and said unfortunately they would not be able to fit me in. This normally would not be a big deal, but they did not leave a phone number for me to call them back… I checked for a phone number on the groupon, and there was not one. I went to their website, and could not find a phone number for EITHER location. I searched Yahoo places, and the number on that site was not for the business. I tried 411, their facebook page, and other ways, and NONE of the numbers I was given worked.
Finally, I was so fed up with the situation, I contacted Groupon (also because I saw they had posted another groupon for this car wash). 2 days after I sent in my complaint about not being able to contact the car wash, Groupon came back to me and said they had not been able to reach the company either. Luckily, I was able to get a refund for my groupon.
Also, right before posting this I read a previous review that said FastNClean has an F rating by the BBB, and I found the same information while trying to find a phone number which made my decision to ask for a refund even easier.

Forget the Groupons. This place offers a $ 10 wash that can’t be beat! No coupon necessary.

I had a good experience here at the Sinclair Rd. location. I bought two groupons for the detailing package that includes the inside and outside of the car. I was rained out twice, but they were okay with me cancelling my appointment because obviously you can’t wax a car in the rain. (they do the work outdoors)
So I brought my car in one day — they told me two hours, but it was finished in about one hour. (it depends on how busy they are) I told the guy who cleaned my car that I had my wife’s jeep to do the next day, so he told me to bring it back anytime.
The next day, I showed up with the jeep and the manager said that it’s supposed be by appointment only, so the employee should not have promised me that. But he said they would do my car right then and there because that’s what I was told. That was really nice and accommodating of him, but I will definitely make an appointment next time.
They were done with the jeep in under 1.5 hours.
Both cars look GREAT. Sparkly on the outside, the inside looks like new. They shampooed everything, the mats in the jeep SHINE. All stains came out of the seats, all dog hair was gone!
I was pretty impressed!

I bought a groupon for 3 washes-​alleged value $ 75 bucks and I paid $ 30. When I went to redeem my first one, they didn’t do everything the wash was supposed to include, like steam clean the front mats (which was the incentive for me to buy this deal as my mats needed a good scrub). They were also supposed to steam clean the carpet according to their groupon deal. Once I showed them the details of the deal (which I had printed out thank goodness), they did clean my mats but not the front carpet. They have 2 locations and this took place at the broad street location. The next day, I noticed they had removed and not put back my center floormat. I went back to ask if they had it, but alas, they knew nothing about it. Lastly, if you click the link to their website, you will see that although there is a $ 5 difference between «the deal» and «the works», what’s included seems to be identical. I still have 2 washes to redeem through my groupon and I’m hoping the Sinclair road location does a better job. BTW, they have an F rating with the BBB.
