Fast N’ Clean

Very below average every time I go there. It is the classic groupon car place, but even at a groupon price you are probably paying too much for the care, quality and overall experience you are going to get. I only go here still because I have groupon punches left on the punch card. I’ve had one really well done cleaning and probably 4 or 5 less than acceptable cleanings. Probably better off trying anything else before you go here, but they leave your car cleaner than you brought it in, which I guess is a good thing.

Worst car wash experience ever. The guy who checked us in never got off his personal call. Just pointed at options and waited for a response (while chattering away on the phone with his «old lady»). We paid for The Works plus $ 10 for the rubber floor mats. It was a total of $ 30 so he just rang it up as a $ 29.95 wash. They gave a quick behind the scenes vacuum which was pretty pathetic. They ran it through the wash and we waited for the Full Sevice” portion of the wash to take place. What I can only describe as the most white trash human being I’ve ever seen gave it a quick wipe down and flagged us down and extended his hand for the expected tip. I pointed out to him that we had paid for our rubber mats to be cleaned and he debated that we did not pay for that. I said we did and he pointed to the receipt that said $ 29.95 «The Deal» so we had to get that cleared up. He reluctantly pulled out the mats and sprayed them with some kind of cleaner that simply wiped off the dust. I had imagined they would have been power-​washed like it’s done at every other full service car washes. I also pointed out the tires had not been done because they were still dirty. He said the car wash takes care of the tires. They don’t do them manually. We also had to pull into the manual vacuum area to do the vacuuming because they hadn’t pulled out the mats when they did it. When the rubber mats were removed, it revealed a whole other level of crumbs and dirt. White trash guy didn’t care. He literally looked like every decision he had ever made in his life was wrong… from diet and dentistry to cleanliness and education. Stay away from this place. Far far away.

We bought a groupon on for a complete auto detail. What a mistake.
Where do I start. so many things were not completed.
Large wax spots all over car… Mirrors weren’t washed… bugs still on car… floors were wet for like 3 days… And weren’t done well… didn’t even touch trunk. Wax packed in crevices. The list goes on…
This was suppose to be a COMPLETE detail…

I am a long-​time customer of this location. In the past, I had no problems. Today, I waited over 10 minutes for a full-​service car wash, while I was ignored, and while a man checked in other cars who pulled in after me. He saw me move things from the interior of my car to my trunk while I was waiting, so he knew I was there the whole time. Yet, he gave other clients priority, even cars buying cheaper washes in the express lane. I mentioned this to an employee, and he told the first man, who eventually sauntered over to me and wrote on my windshield. He didn’t apologize or say anything. He also never asked me what scent air freshener I wanted (which he asked other customers). I asked yet another employee about the air freshener and wet cloth they handed everyone, and I was told I would need to go get it! Unbelievable! I told them forget it, and went inside to wait; at that point I just wanted to leave, but I wasn’t going to bother trying to get a refund.
I have a nice Lexus and have come here several times in the past; clearly they no longer want my business. I will gladly go spend my money somewhere I am treated with respect and courtesy. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time!

This car wash is horible. I paid 15 dollars for the deal. After running the truck through twice they still hadn’t gotten the bugs off the windshield. I asked to borrow a rag and some window cleaner and was told I was not allowed to use their products. The only deal I got was a bad one. Do not go to this car wash.

Should have checked Unilocal before I bought the groupon. I had no trouble scheduling an appointment. The cost was $ 79 for a $ 199 «value» had I paid $ 199 for what I got I would have been disappointed. The wheels still have dirt. Small scratches and a few paint transfers weren’t even buffed out? The inside of the windows still had a haze and I had to wipe off leftover armor all from the back seat. Even the front still had bug residue. The vents weren’t even dusted. I’m not even sure this was worth $ 79.00. I’d go there for a quick wash but I wouldn’t consider it for detailing again.

After purchasing a Groupon for an interior and exterior detail, I attempted to schedule an appointment for three weeks (leaving multiple phone messages) with no success. In my final phone message, I told the company that if I did not hear back within the week, I would leave a poor Unilocal review AND request a refund through Groupon. Apparently Fast N’Clean didn’t want my business, because they still did not call me back.
I would NOT recommend this business or any future Groupons they may offer.

I bought a Groupon for this place. Glad I did because I would not pay full price here. I will say my car looks great but it was not worth 4 hours on a Tuesday morning. It was not even crowded; I was alone in the waiting room. Also, the employees dress attire is poor. 1 guy had his pants so low, they were not around his waist. Ew.

I’ve never had a bad Groupon experience until now. I was excited to schedule my detail by the end of July and when I called, a machine told me to call one of two numbers for two different locations. I called the Sinclair Road location, whose phone rang forever, then got another machine that told me to call back at another time. I started to get a little suspicious about this company’s business practices so I checked Unilocal.I read another review that made me realize that this was not a fight worth fighting. I promptly contacted Groupon, told them about the situation, and they agreed to return my money. I suggested they stop giving groupons out for this company and to check the Unilocal reviews. Unilocal and Groupon, you rule!

Bought a Groupon for a basic car detail but could never talk to someone to schedule it. I left multiple phone messages over several days that were not returned. One of the times I called the main number, a person actually answered. When I told him that no one called me back, he told me to call again and leave a message and someone would call me back by 6. They didn’t. I drove to the car wash to find a human being to talk to – place looks really run down. A guy drying a car old me to go around back to schedule my detail, but no one was back there. There’s no office at the North location. I also called the East Columbus location and no one returned my call there either. They lost my family’s business.
