My office focuses primarily on small businesses and individual consumer bankruptcy filings under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Under Chapter 7 of Chapter 13, I am able to stop repossessions, foreclosures and stop garnishments.

History

Established in 2010.

I have worked in bankruptcy related cases since 1999 when I was still in Law School. Upon passing the bar exam I was an associate attorney with a firm that worked primarily in bankruptcy related matters. From 2006 to May 2008, I worked as a law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Columbus Ohio for Judge Calhoun. Upon finishing my term position I returned to my previous firm continuing my work in Bankruptcy related matters. I have been running my own office since 2010.

I hold a BS in Business Management with a Human Resource Management focus. I graduated from Capital University Law School in Columbus Ohio in 2002. I am licensed in Ohio and with the Southern District of Ohio Federal Courts. I am a member of the Columbus Bar Association and current Member of the Credit Education Coalition where I have been past President and Secretary.
