I like Dunkin Donuts but, this Dublin Granville location is the worst ever. I’ve completely stopped going to this location. They never get your order right. When you order a cup of coffee you get a cup of cream. You place an order, they give you what they want to have, never what you order. And, no matter how much you complain nothing is done about the situation. And since they don’t care they have one less customer.

I am a long time customer at this dunkin donuts. And normally I have no problems, and I like this location. But give me a break you walk in and ask for one thing and they give you something else, that is bull. And the worst part is that I told them the order was wrong. I have never know a place that is busy on a Friday morning and you put a new guy at the register that clearly does not know what he is doing.

I have never felt comfortable going in there by myself. The fact that there are several men sitting inside and out of the store at all time of the day and night staring at you the entire time you are in the store. The last time I was in there will definitely be my last time. When I walked to the counter I noticed they were out of most of the donuts that I wanted so I step back to try to figure out what other kinds to get. The man working the counter never spoke to me and just sat there staring at me and tapping on the counter. I told him I needed a couple more minutes to figure out what I wanted he continued standing there tapping on the counter. I placed my order he told me the total swipe my card through it on the counter and walked away. When I got home I wanted to call and speak to the manager they don’t have a number you have to do it on the website. The manager didn’t call me back once left me a voicemail. When I called her back she never responded back to me I have never had more disrespectful service in my life. I also realize that he charge me for some type of coffee and I never even ordered.

I had heard from friends to not go. I had never tried the place, so I went anyway. Wow! How can you be that rude and stay in business? If I were like that at work then I’d be fired. I’m giving 2 out of 5 just because they weren’t the worst doughnuts.

Back home in Connecticut we had a Dunkin Donuts every couple miles and I wasn’t a big fan but here they’re rare and in the years since I’ve been in one, they’ve improved tremendously. They have a big selection of coffee flavors and breakfast sandwiches, including plenty of healthy options, and they serve breakfast all day; that is something no other fast food place around here does. When I was growing up, going to Dunkin Donuts meant you got a regular, french vanilla or hazelnut coffee and either a donut or a bagel or one of three sandwich choices. Now there are nine coffee flavors and too many sandwiches to count. Some of those coffee flavors were offered on a limited time period in the late 90’s and I’m happy to see they’re permanent now along with some more unusual flavors like blueberry and raspberry. I never liked the coffee here much but since being forced to drink the putrid paint thinner at Starbucks and the swill at Tim Hortons, this coffee is goddamn good and with far more flavors. However it is still, like it was back home, hit or miss. The corporate Dunkin Donuts’ routinely freshen the coffee. The privately owned ones don’t give a shit. The coffee is either good, or it’s been sitting forever and tastes like diner coffee. I’ve had many bad experiences in privately owned Dunkin franchises over the years. Some were very good but some are run by ignorant slobs. I’m not saying this one is that bad, it’s decent. But the coffee was old and nasty, the bagels by the end of the day were stale and hard. I understand they get stale but then why serve it? I think the sausage and egg tastes better here too than at Timbo’s although it’s hard to tell because Timmy’s won’t let you have theirs most of the day. The donuts here are different than Tim Hortons or Krispy Kreme. I can’t say they’re better than Tim’s, just different, and you may or may not like them better. The vanilla cream in the donut is not like it used to be. It was more like cake frosting, whereas Tim’s are like whipped cream. Now the Dunkin cream is kind of in between those two. They used to stuff it full of cream too, now it’s just a squirt. So that has definitely gone downhill. I really hope they put more of Dunkin Donuts in Columbus. I wish I had the money to open one and give Tim Hortons some much needed competition. After not liking Dunkin all my life, I love the much improved version. But it makes me homesick.

I stopped in here to get a donut, and while they looked good in the case, when I got mine it was stale. The lady that owns the store told me they were baked at 8 am and I was there about 1:30 pm. No wonder.

This is the Dunkin Donuts that came to my rescue when Friendly’s failed me. See associated review. The food(egg and cheese croissant and hash browns) was cheap and ready in a jiffy. I sorta got stiffed on the hash because they ran out and only gave me what they had left, but no complaints. They were tasty and were some new recipe since I last had them. Not the breakfast I was looking for, but the breakfast I needed.
