Was on a tight time frame to get four new tires put on mid-​cross country road trip. Didn’t have two hours to sit around like most service stations. Called several days prior and the representative said to arrive at 745am to ensure it would be the first vehicle in the door at 8am. As advertised the customer service was stellar, compared several tire models, made a selection, received pertinent rebate paperwork, and the vehicle was in the door before I even swiped my credit card. All work completed and back on the road within 45 minutes. Thanks Discount Tire!

Good place, has always treated me right. I purchased a set of rims and snow tires to get me through the winter and they always change them out for free, no question, twice a year.
The one star off is more of a service thing. They seem to use a bit of pressure salesmanship sometimes on the phone or to people in-​person. While I can understand the value of warranties and the best possible tires, sometimes people are on budgets.

I’ve only had to get tires a few times in my life, but this was one of the best experiences that I’ve had. I feel like Discount Tire usually does a good job, but this time was exceptional! Not only was the service QUICK, but the staff was also very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. They were done in about half the time that they quoted.
In addition, the website is very thorough when comparing tires, and the reps there will definitely help you if you have no idea what you’re looking for. I’d go back to this location if I needed anything. The tires are some of the cheapest (for retail) that I was able to find… I forget how expensive tires can be though!
