Our garage door has been getting harder to open, and when I saw an Amazon deal for these folks I figured I’d give it a shot. I got the tune-​up, which included roller replacement.
The tech was great– knew his stuff, filled me in on everything he was doing and that I should do for maintenance. He replaced the rollers, straightened and adjusted the tracks, etc. The door rolls great, but there is still a problem with the motor. That wasn’t included in the coupon, but he explained all my options and gave some recommendations. I really appreciate the honesty, as well as professional knowledge. No BS. I would definitely call them again.

I’ve had Deluxe out to my house twice — once several years ago when my spring broke on the garage door — they did a great job fixing it and told me the door would last a little while longer — and then a couple months ago. My door hardware failed and my garage door nearly fell on my car! Called Deluxe and they did a quick, same-​day temporary fix of my door to secure it. They then put in a brand new door that week and we are good as new! Was extremely pleased with their service and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need!

First off I want everyone to know that these folks are professionals with knowledge of products and trouble shooting problems.
I called today to get someone to come out and reset my codes on the garage door opener. LISA, advised me over the phone how to do this which saved me a service call which saved me money.
I don’t know of many people that would have taken the time to do that. This will be my company for the rest of MY life. Thank Lisa
