CORI LLC is a start up company that was started by members with 17 years worth of Real Estate experience. we are not a real estate brokerage like Exit Realty, Coldwell Banker, Remax, or HER. We do not charge hundreds of dollars to Central-​OH-​home –buyers; when we help them buy houses for sale in Ohio. We are a private investment company that will buy a house cash. We will make all the repairs according to the area building codes, and then educate every buyer on the Ohio-​home buying process. Our Realtors build a relationship with every Central –OH home buyer we have the pleasure of working with. The Realtors ask questions and listen to your answers. Roger is a Columbus OH home buyers Realtor that helps OH home buyers understand the home buying process; through education and transparency. Roger Loesel is originally from Michigan and after graduating from high school went into the US Army Infantry program. Roger excelled in the program and was chosen to enter the US Army Ranger program and was stationed at Hunter Army Air Field in Savanna GA. After 4 years of active service in the Ranger program Roger retired and moved to Ohio. In Ohio Roger attended Northern Kentucky University and studied Marketing. Roger got into real estate in 2007 and was able to build a investment portfolio in one of the worst real estate markets the United States has seen. In 2009 Roger Loesel got his Ohio Real Estate license and specialized in working with OH home buyers. Roger’s ability to listen to the needs and wants of OH home buyers while guiding them, is what makes the difference.
