Business Owner

Carter began in the home health care industry while working during his years at The Ohio State University. He began in the billing department of a locally owned home health care agency in Columbus, Ohio. During his time at the company he continued to excel in his ability to collect revenue for the company, determine strategic financial plans to improve the company’s profitability, and perform opportunity analysis. In 2010, Carter was named Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the company and he was able to double their profit margin within 2 years. In 2012, Carter decided it was time to make the move into entrepreneurship that he knew he had always wanted to explore and he started Complete Revenue Solutions and continues to grow and offer the absolute best in Home Health Billing services in addition to many other Medical Billing and Healthcare Management services.
